I've been noticing this trend recently when looking for figures in TRU. Every so often I will see a ton of WM 26 Basics with the non 1/1000 chair and the figure is usually all of the same guy. Yesterday I went to the Whitehall TRU and saw all Shelton Benjamin figures as the only single basic they had and I bought one. I was at that same TRU about 5 weeks ago and saw all WM 26 Matt Hardy's. I was at the Wilkes-Barre TRU about a month ago and saw a ton of WM 26 Drew Mcintyre's. Does anyone else notice this trend? Is it some kind of case error where all figures are of one person?

I don't think it's a case error. Shelton Benjamin and Matt Hardy often accumulate because they were released from WWE before the figures were available. I've never seen a group of Drews though.
Toys R Us does some pretty stupid stuff with their stock; they might actually sell figures if they put them out within a few months (as opposed to years) of receiving the shipment.

I noticed that the Wilkes-Barre TRU Still has some Jakks WWE stuff. They do stupid things such as not putting things that don't sell on clearance

My TRU's have a bunch of WM 26 Basics still in stock. One of them have at least 10 of each Drew, Hardy, and Benjamin.

I saw this at my TRU and others also reported this. I think this was back in Oct or Nov my TRU had a full case of Hardy's. Other people saw Benjamins or Mcintyre. Strange they were stocking WM27 and then there was a full row of Hardys, lol.

Why is this happening? Backstock perhaps or case error. Whatever it is, it is an epidemic

I havn't been to the TRU in West Mifflin or Washington for the longest time for the simple fact of this. Last time I was there they had tons of older figures, nothing that needed anymore. Every once in a while Ill just call instead of wasting the gas now and it seems they don't update regularly anymore.

Every once in a while I'll see a Shelton Benjamin kicking around a TRU and go "wow, really?"

This is my local TRU (I go there atleast 4 times a week). A week before Xmas they had 6 pegs full of WM26 figs. One peg full of Drew, one peg full of Hardy, 3 pegs of Shelton, and the final peg was a mix of the 3 guys (mostly Shelton). They came out of nowhere. One day, there was no basics, the next, this pile of garbage.
