People are saying it can't be possible because it's cold weather, but the Super Bowl is being held there two months prior. There's a first time for everything. do they play football in nothing but tights the size of underwear?

I thought it would be cool if they did Austin vs. Punk in Dallas at WM 29. Dallas would the best place for Austin's very last match. Oh well.

Since when has late March/early April been Winter? It's the Spring and it's never 15 over here in March lol. Hell most of the time it's in the 60's if not higher. No one is gonna freeze and Vince Mcmahon isn't stupid. I'm sure he has ideas just in case it were to be a rainy/cold day. gonyc.about.com/od/planyourtriptonyc/a/New-York-Weather-Climate.htmThe march avg is high 49 low 34. The April avg is high 60, low 43 but common sense is going to tell you the warmer parts of April is going to come towards the latter of the month. Maybe people in the northeast are use to colder weather because its more common there but Mania isnt just for local people. Its going to turn A LOT of people off having to sit in cold ass weather for 4-5 hours. Its not going to be Green Bay in December cold but it certainly could keep people from going. This isn't New York, this is New Jersey. New York is colder than Jersey. I understand a stadium and all but Football is held there and as I said Vince Mcmahon isn't ing stupid. I wouldn't be surprised if they build a roof of sorts.

I believe WM 30 sould be in MSG, WM's 1, 10 and 20 were held there, I bet alot of people would give Vince alot of crap, I want to attend my first WrestleMania, I am gonna be 30 in 2014 and that would be a birthday gift (and to cross off something on my bucket list) to attend a WrestleMania in The Garden.

I can see where that story is coming from: WrestleMania 29 will be improbable to be hosted at Cowboys Stadium since the Regional Finals of the NCAA Final Four will take place there on Friday 3/29/13 and Sunday 3/31/13. Transforming a stadium for WrestleMania usually takes about 2 weeks. That Elite 8 game taking place right on the big weekend that WM is usually held truly ruins the idea of the event taking place in Dallas. That's the only way I can see this story having some validity.
However, I can NEVER expect their big decennial WrestleMania taking place outside of New York City, much less outside Madison Square Garden. I know Vince has said that he only wants to go to stadiums after WM22, but the event taking place every 10 years at MSG is one of the biggest traditions the company has. If he is that adamant about only hosting the event in large venues, I can see it happening at MetLife, Citi Field or Yankee Stadium (as crazy as that may seem considering the weather around that time). I, honestly, cannot see WrestleMania 30 being held away from NYC.

' Did you not read the part where I said that they will likely build a roof of sorts? Also I don't know since when 60-70 degree weather was low degree weather. Hopefully once it's 100% official that WrestleMania is being held there you will be the first to eat your own words.

It's in April. Why's everyone so concerned about the cold? I don't know about you guys, but if Wrestlemania came to my town, I wouldn't care if it was below 20 outside. True wrestling fans aren't gonna pass up the chance to go to Mania because of the cold. Vince isn't being stupid at all.

Metlife Stadium will not get any kind of roof or anything else. There is no way to make a temp. roof for one event. Maybe over the ring in case of rain or something but not over the whole stadium i don't see it happening. The weather might be nice during the day but what if its still chilly at night which it usually is? Then what do they do? It maybe be nice during the day but at night it can still be chilly causing problems for the talent. I don't wanna say they won't do it b/c in the wrestling business never say never but if they do its a risk. There is a reason why they have it down south or in domes in the past.

Good job Vince with the big stadiums for WM however I am little sad MSG is not getting WM 30.
WM in a place where it would be really cold would be annoying to me considering I don't much like the cold.. -_-
If I had tickets I would deal with it ahead of time though so people get prepared.

Dress warm if you are that concerned. Wrestlemania will sell out anyway. If people think it's too cold then stay home.

Regardless, it'll be cool if they have it at Giants Stadium, even though Jersey is a piece of sh*t

One reason the WWE kept having Wrestlemania in warm cities like Houston, Phoenix and Miami is because it is too cold in March to have them up north. People are going to freeze to death if Wrestlemania is being held at MetLife Stadium I'm pretty sure WWE announced they LOST MONEY on all the work they did for the WM 24 stadium. It's in the "History of WrestleMania" DVD.

Man up, people go to Football games in December, January and February there. The end of March and April it's usually pretty damn warm here in Jersey. Not to mention knowing WWE they will build a roof of some sort for the event. Look at all the money they put into the Citrus Bowl for WrestleMania 24. I definitely plan on going since I've never been to a WrestleMania before. I'm with you..if it's in NJ, I will be there.

There's a first time for everything. do they play football in nothing but tights the size of underwear? No, but I have no doubt that if this is something WWE genuinely wants to do, they'll make it work. They'll heat the ringside area, somehow. I'm not saying that this is necessarily a legitimate fact that it will indeed be held there, I'm just not ruling it out. Vince loves to hold Wrestlemania at stadiums that have hosted (or in this case, will be hosting) a Super Bowl, so if it's what he wants. he'll find a way.

I sat outside and watched the Blackhawks play the Red Wings in -15 degree weather, I think I can manage 60 to watch a WrestleMania.
Vince is going to figure it out, it's not like this is the first Mania. Additionally, I can't imagine it will be too terribly difficult to build a pavilion with space heaters over the entrance area and the ring. I think the Stadium and the weather brings something unique to Mania that has never been done before. Maybe every match will be in street clothes? Again, I think they will figure it out.
