At some point I kept thinking that, as a character, he has to hit a wall, but this season he explored faith, bounced in and out of control with himself, and took strides as a father. Dexter might be the most intriguing character of any tv show I have ever seen. Daryl from Walking Dead is becoming interesting as hell too imo. When he fell off the horse and started seeing his brother you started to see the level of crazy all these characters go through due to their situation, which is something that I think is more in-depth in the comic than the tv series so far.

admittedly I don't watch much TV to be honest, but I have been checking out Californication lately and Hank Moody has to be one of the most compelling characters I've seen on TV in ages. Like a beautiful cross between Casanova and Bukowski. SO COOL.
