So sick of WWE rushing people into the World Championship. I'm sorry, but Daniel Bryan just wan't ready yet! When he came out on RAW he just didn't have that championship feel to him. He is still in my eyes US/IC Title matareil.
They did the same thing with Jack Swagger and Ziggler with his short ass title reign. Swagger was never ready for it and neither was Ziggler. Now Dolph is finally growing and getting almost ready for the World Championship.
It's all about the crowd in my opinion. When you are the World Champion and come out with the sounds of crickets... That isn't good.
Wade Barrett should of won the World Championship when he first formed Nexus. He was mega over!
Anyone else think the same?

i get where your coming from. But WWE doesn't invest slow build and continuity in superstars anymore. Every thing is rushed these days and im used to it, i don't really care anymore who's the champion these days.

Lol @ Daniel Bryan not being ready. He's been champion in numerous different promotions. He's been wrestling for over a decade. He's more than ready. And if you think he isn't, get out of the WWE bubble you live in.

Bryan deserves it a lot more than Barrett. At least with Bryan you don't have crickets chirping during his matches. Barrett's boring as hell!

I think Daniel Bryan is ready. Hes proved himself in the ring numerous times. I agree with you on Swagger. Del Rio & Sheamus weren't ready either in my opinion. They are all great in the ring but none of them needed the title at the time. I dont even count Ziggler's.

I think Bryan is ready as well.
Lots of guys have won a belt when they were not ready and sometimes it doesn't work out however I think it is too soon to judge on Bryan.

Barrett in late 2010 as the leader of the Nexus was ready for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series 2010. He was getting good heel heat as the Nexus leader. January 2011-present day Barrett, not so much. Unfortunately Barrett was at his prime as a heel when Cena/Orton were still being shoved down our throats.

I agree that Brian isn't ready. I know he's a great wrestler, I think he can be a great heel, but that title should have stayed on Mark Henry. Ziggler is ready, Rhodes is ready, Barrett is ready, hell, guys like Kofi Kingston are ready. Brian will get there in time, but he was rushed, with zero momentum.

I don't care how good of a wrestler Daniel Bryan is, there is no reason why he should be World Heavyweight Champion right now. The guy gets hardly any kind of crowd reaction and his promo skills are below average. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but I honestly don't think he's ready for the belt. He'll end up as a mid-carder at best once it is all said and done, much like Sheamus and Jack Swagger.

Bryan i think is prime...if they were smart they would do a ziggler/bryan fued...they tied for match of the year with hbk/undetaker from mania from their braggin rights match...let the "newer" generation set the pace now..I bet alot more indy fans woud be interested in wwe if they let this happen

I think it's pretty ridiculous to even count Ziggler has having had a "reign." It's stupid that they even acknowledge it as far as I'm concerned.
It's usually not so much a matter of the guys not being ready, but WWE not following through on allowing them to develop after putting the belt on them.
That was the case with Jack Swagger - he had some great momentum, was doing some great things, and then he became champion and became totally one dimensional. It was doomed from the start.
The stuff they're doing with Daniel Bryan on Smackdown is great, and it's a perfect place for him to earn his licks and carve out a nice little upper level spot for himself. If this eventually leads to him getting some kind of legitimate victory over the Big Show, which I hope is where it's going, I think you're going to see a lot more people being to take him seriously,

Bryan's doing the best he can, and his rivalry with Big Show is awesome. ...No complaints here

I agree regarding Bryan. I know he was great on the indies and is a skilled wrestler who people cream themselves over but he just screams mid to upper mid-card to me. Seeing him try to cut promos to silence is hard to watch from a champion. I really hope Mark Henry gets the title back before WM. I actually like Bryan but there should be no shame in being an upper mid-carder.
The thing I dont get with fans today is that is apparently a bad thing if you aren't a world champion. There are a multitude of legends of the past that were not world champions who are better than pretty much everyone on the roster today. Not everyone can be a champion, but fighting over the US/IC title should be treated as a big deal. It seems like fans think that if you have been around for a long time on the indies or have been in the wwe for 10 years you should just be handed a world title due to your service.

And if you think he isn't, get out of the WWE bubble you live in. I agree his accomplishments outside of the WWE were great, but what gets at me is, the smackdown before he won title, he lost cleanly to Cody Rhodes, and the week before that he lost(i forgot to who). they just made him look weak leading up to his win.

The crowd is starting to boo Daniel Bryan pretty heavily. Honestly, his feud with Big Show (and Mark Henry) is the most entertaining thing happening in the WWE right now if you ask me. So many quotables and great matches and segments from all of them.... even AJ is doing great in her role.
