Honestly, I didn't think this was a big deal but since it seems some of you fellow gentlemen AND women are cut from the same cloth as I I'll go ahead and ask. Does anyone suffer from having to collect every figure in every line that is currently produced from Mattel? I currently own Elite Series 1-7. I am missing a couple of figs for Series 8, 9. I have the Legends Series 1-4. But now I'm thinking I want to collect the Divas but I'm not too sure on collecting every single Basic Series going back all the way to Series 1 in order to do that. Also, I wanted that Heath Slater which was in the Christian 2 pack but refused to fall for that since it was in Series 9 (I believe) and it would be too difficult to go back and collect the 2 packs from Series 1. Anyone have the same OCD disorder I'm going through?

I kinda do. I feel like I need to own everybody who is on the WWE roster and those who were released. I only buy the Legends figures of who I know and I buy the newest basic figures who are the first time in the line

I am extremely OCD. Not just with Mattel, but pretty much everything I do. I also collect vintage wrestling figures and sports cards. My wife hates it, but not much I can do to slow it down. lol

I didn't buy all of the Legends because some of them were just so obscure or I just simply never cared for them. When it came to the Legends I only bought guys who I liked from the passed.
When it comes to current Superstars.....I buy 1 of every character, but I'll only buy doubles if a character changes his look drastically.
Like I bought Elite 1 Rey Mysterio and don't plan on ever buying another Mysterio unless he changes his look or comes with an accessory I just can't turn down.
With Cena.....I find myself buying lot's of him trying to keep up with his always changing colors.

I wasn't interested in them before but I'm with you about wanting to have the wrestlers who are currently on their roster. Thinking of starting to collect the Basic Series which started with the new numbering but may only get the figures which haven't been released before: Vickie Guerrero and Zeke.

The need to own things that you don't need might be a form of OCD or something. I have all superstars that have been made in Elite form. Not doubles of all of them but at least 1 of each. There is probably some OCD or compulsive thing going on with that need or desire to have each superstar in a toy line. :/ I'd rather be a little compulsive about a hobby like figures than about drugs or alcohol, though.

I have slight OCD, when I look at it then I want it. Like the carding on the back of boxes, if i have 4/6 of those then it annoys me and I see if I can buy them. It's not too bad though, it goes away after a short while.

Some ppl HAVE to complete sets even if its a figure they already own just repackaged or if a figure has a package variant and they keep it moc. I never got that. I buy what I like. Sometimes I might like every figure in a set and sometimes I might only like 1 or 2. Figure collecting to me is light hearted,a hobby and something to do stress free away from every other stressful thing in life lol. Some ppl take it overboard and make it one of their main priorities(I've seen it). Lastly I buy what I can afford. If I'm short on money I won't buy figures,if I have a few dollars to throw around then ill buy some.

I kind of do. I don't want to collect every single figure made, but i do want to have one of everyone at least. I collect both Legends/ Flashback/ DM's and Current roster stars and i just recently started Divas now by picking up Vickie and for sure wanting to get the Bellas so yea I do collect almost everyone. I'll buy doubles of ppl like The Miz E9 came with his jacket and shiney US title and E11 came with the MITB briefcase for Raw so i bought both of those only cause of the accessories that came with E11 Miz at the time i needed that briefcase. I bought 2 Stone Colds, L1 in wrestling attire and entrance jacket and DM 4 because he had on jeans and the Austin shirt and came with a jacket for display, and Undertaker EG for classic that i fixed up to elite, Dm4 for attitude era, and E8 or 14 for new era taker. I won't buy multiple Mysterios, Orton's, Cenas stuff like that. I'll only buy 1 if i need to replace the one i have (i.e. loose joints, missing accessories, broken pieces etc). to sum things up, i do have an addiction of collecting these figures and the more i buy, the more i want. I can't stop thinking about or checking out my collection like all day long and i even find myself posing them around, moving them, or taking them off the shelf to have a little 2 minute match just to play around cause they look that good. I never thought I would love something so much at my age especially a toy line like i do.

At first I said I would only buy Basics...
Then I bought an Elite (CM Punk) to check them out... Now I have every Elite.
Then Legends came out and I said I would get all of those.
Then I said I would collect every figure of certain people (it was like 4-5 people). Now I collect every figure of about 20 people... including FlexForce.
Well at least I decided not to collect EVERY Basic figure anymore. Yeah, I think I have some sorta disease or something (not AIDS).

I think I may have it a bit. At 1st only Legends, then certain elites, then all elites even Micheals, then divas and then basics of guys who wouldn't be elites (released) and then certain basics too. So over about 6 months I changed my mind 6 times.
Now I have all elites apart from elite 14 Rock and Cena, all Legends, all DMs, all EGs, all Divas, all exclusives and a few basics too.

I just buy the ones I want. I dont have that many really so far. I have legends 1 set loose, legends set 2 MOC, most of Legends 3 MOC, some of Legends 4 and 5. I have 6 defining moments, 2 entrance greats and the SDDC Taker. The only elite's I have right now are HBK and HHH Elite 7

I only buy wrestlers I found/find entertaining...If I didn't like them in the ring I don't need them on my shelves. There's been a few exceptions as I've gotten a few figures of people I can't stand but they were usually packed in a 2-Pack with someone I like or the free figure as part of a "buy blank get blank free" sales.

The OCD starts when you buy multiples of the exact figure. It's not even to have one loose & carded. I have multiples of all legends, DMs, and EGs. Then I have a selection of current basic and elite multiples. Non are MOC. I also do this with favorite figures from other lines.

I only buy more than one wrestler when there in different attire or different head...

I'm definitely OCD.
I only buy what I really like and if I like it, I have to have one kept sealed. This gets hairy when you collect 1/6th Hot Toys and Sideshow product.
Seriously, I am pretty sure it developed as a result of my parents breaking my toys as a kid and always telling me "we'll just fix it" only to have me find it in the pantry all busted up. My father was once messing around with my Mego Superman and snapped his arm off and just laughed hysterically when I was like 7 or so.
When I became old enough I started buying an extra "just in case".
It's amazing how things like this develop.

I get one of every one on the roster, all the legends. Pretty much 1 of every star I get repaints updates of guys I like. I won't buy every Kofi Kingston, John Morrison, Christian, Edge, Randy Orton, R Truth
