I hate it when my figures arms and legs become loose. I prefer them stiff as when they were first purchased but the joints tend to come loose after they are played with or posed alot. Is there anything I can do to fix this common problem once a figure gets broken in? I also hate it when their heads become Loose and dangle every which way.

Try putting the figure in the freezer for a FEW minutes. That should tighten up the joints.

throw it at a wall. if you wanna keep the fig , use a freezer for an hour, the instantly drop it in boiling water. mine is as stiff as wood

i have figures from when i was a child... late 80's early 90's stuff... that still have good joints..
i really dont see what people do to toys to make them really loose and floppy...
the superglue or clear nail polish trick works wonders... a small drop of it in a joint.. and keep it moving so it doesnt get stuck... when the stuff dries it will tighten the joint up..

I just bought a Best of PPV Elite Triple H and the figure is awesome but his right ankle is like DESTROYED....if you hold the figure in the air the ankle will actually point down on its own.
I think I'm going to have to glue the joint in a position that allows the figure to stand.
I think it's time for Mattel to ditch these Elite ankle joints and go with Basic boots on both Basics and Elites.....unless they can figure out how to make these Elite ankles not be so loose, it's not worth it to use them anymore.

I don't see how a freezer would do the trick but I will try it. Seems like the freezer will just make the figure cold and stiff and then will thaw out and return to the same condition but I will give it a shot.

Nope! Nothing works for them. Sorry to hear about that. Although that's the logic to action figures. If ya play with any figure or move there joints a lot, there always going to get loose arms, legs, heads etc. Not much you can do after that. Ppl claim a freezer works and all this other stuff, but its just not true. Best thing you can do is buy doubles so that way you have one to play with and one to keep MOC or pose on a shelf that way the ones joints are always going to be tight.

I don't play with my figures much at all just a great collector. I got Rey Mysterio TLC from a KMArt out of my way and the wrist was and still is loose and you can pretty much see the joint. Sure hope it doesn't fall off.
