Welp, I just now took the plunge and ordered the rest of the short-lived line (already had Charly and Tinieblas Jr.) and am awaiting their arrival. So I figured I'd ask y'all what your thoughts are on the line and what one character you would've purchased (aside from La Parka or LA Park) if they'd gotten around to them? My picks are Vampiro Canadiense and Zorro. Feel free to share pictures of your collection if you so desire!

I never had a chance to see the show but I did make it a point to take a look at them in the store. I would have loved them as a kid but the adult in me found them to look pretty cheap by today's standards. I would have picked up Charly and Tinieblas Jr just because they looked cool.

I got the entire first set and I must say I had my doubts about them but was very surprised when I received them. Much better quality than I expected and they pair perfectly with Jakks DA or really big guys to throw at your Jakks RAs.

Bleh, I may have jumped the gun on being excited about getting everything, because the ring and Super Nova still aren't being shown as shipped on Amazon...I'll probably have to do without both if those orders end up being cancelled, since they were the cheapest listed (and were not "cheap" by any means).
Chris: the quality is pretty damn good, as far as I've seen thusfar. The chair that came with Charly was warped, but that probably had more to do with the figure being stowed away in a warehouse for a prolonged amount of time than the materials used. It's a shame the line died such an untimely death and wasn't distributed properly, it was Mexican wrestling's first big break in the toy business (let's face it, the arena figures weren't all that grand and AAA's line looked kind of...goofy) and some CMLL/AAA legends would've been fantastic to own in figure form.

great quality figures and a real shame they didn't get around to giving us some Mexican legends in this line

Just received Super Nova, which means I now have every figure from the line! My only complaint is that the ring seems rather volatile, like one of the turnbuckle posts is gonna pop off and come flying right into my eye. That notwithstanding, I'm rather proud that I managed to snag 'em all! Mayhaps I'll post pictures someday, but not today, 'cuz I'm off to have a Treachery/London and Kendrick match that will most likely take all night to determine a winner.
