I'm not sure. That time period of WCW wasn't too great...

from what i gather from the picture, it is rather a compilation of new blood/millionaire club's feud OR a japanese event they held featuring the two rival group facing off. either way, i want it.

after reading about it, it's clear it is a compilation dvd tryig to sum up where the wcw was at and how they'd developed into what they are now. essentially, it's a dvd trying to break down the puzzle of wcw's deteriorating storylines.

Hard to find? Maybe, but desirable? Not so much. The only "official wcw dvd" that I consider official is Ready To Rumble, which can be found for about $3 at Family Dollar, Big Lots, and amazon.com.
I'm a big time, very serious collector of wrestling dvds and this is one I wouldn't spend more than $10 on. Sorry I don't buy into the hype.

It's a shame they didn't show Steiner beating Goldberg at Fall Brawl. That's essentially the launching pad match that put him over as a big time heel and led to him feuding with Booker and grabbing the title at Mayhem. Although the New Blood thing coming to an end was a good thing by the time it fell apart. Russo's on screen persona was embarrassing and I blame him for a ton of the criticism WCW got during that time period. The Magnificent Seven stuff with Flair and Steiner was pretty good imo, and I think the group was solid even though we didn't get to see it play out entirely.

I have a dvd-r of this. It's nothing all that special. Clips from Nitro and PPV from April - July 2000.
