Mornin' Gents
Undertakers' new theme "The Memory Remains", do you think it is referring to the Deadman? The Deadman who couldn't walk away under his own power last year? The song is too "bad-ass" for the Phenom. Do you guys think maybe a small return for the American Bad-ass?

I'm not sure if that was really his theme as he would have entered with it. I'm thinking its just the theme for the feud.

Just used for the feud, with the whole "not forgotten"/"not over" theme to it... Metallica's "The Memory Remains" is in no way The Undertaker's new theme music.

It is great for the feud but not his entrance music.

I get annoyed when they do things like this, because it always gets dubbed over later on.

Leave the Memories alone vs. The Memory Remains Wrestlemania 29. I laughed. Not going to lie. I'm not sure if it is or not 'Taker's theme, but the song does make sense to use in the storyline.

I know what they were going for with the whole 'fading away' shell of former self kind of thing but, I mean, the song is about an old female ex-Hollywood star so it doesn't make that much sense.

That the WWE likes to take lyrics from songs and use them out of context? I'm not disputing that, in fact, that's pretty much what I just said. Maybe it's because I'm already familiar with the song or maybe it's because it would have made much more sense to keep 'ain't no grave' .. either way, hearing about a Prima Donna sitting around in Hollywood having a smoke while The Undertaker's leaving the ring just sounded odd to me, haha.

Wasn't trying to make any arguments against you, was just pointing out another example of how WWE uses songs out of context.

I think the call for the return of that gimmick needs to stop now.
We can clearly see that he's behaving as a hybrid of his deadman character and his big evil character.
