I am having a horrible time with Shop TNA. I placed a big order. There are figures missing, and every card is roughed up. Some of the figs were autographed or exclusives. Here is the conversation history. I would urge you to consider this before ordering from them, and I'll post their next reply.
I have some really serious issues with this large order.
Firstly, the Madison Rayne figure was not in the box. So the order is incomplete.
Secondly, you have crammed way to much in one box. There is not a single figure in the box without some form of damaged packaging.
Thirdly, baring in mind that some of the figures are new releases, limited quantity, or autographed, how can you send out such figures with tears or damaging to the boxes? Very obviously, I am a collector and thats just not acceptable when your sending figures half way around the world. I can't return them because if I did, I would have spent about 140 usd, on postage, and received nothing!
I am absolutely devastated, as a loyal fan that visits TNA shows at WEmbley arena every year, that I placed so much trust on one expensive order and have not received adequate service.

You are going to have to send several pictures of all the damage the merchandise encountered before we can proceed further. They can be sent to rfranklin@tnawrestling.com
Thanks,
ShopTNA
Here are some pictures of the damage to the boxes as per my email
Still no reply regarding the MISSING Madison Rayne figure.
And to top all this, I had a nice surprise at work when the post room gave me an invoice for 43 gbp from Fedex. Why would you put the value on the box? For a start you cannot buy autographed figures at retail, so why am I charged VAT? Ridiculous.
TNA
The action figures appear to be in tact with minimal damage for being shipped across the world. We see no damage evident that would require us to replace any of the figures. If you would like to ship them back, then we can refund your money to you. You would be responsible for shipping costs.
Thanks,
ShopTNA

Please advise me of a senior manager of the TNA shop, as I wish to hear from them from the next email.
When you sell collectible figures such as an autographed figure, or limited edition , you are selling packaging at a premium, not just the figure inside it. Damage to the packaging is caused by your poor storage and poor packaging in the post. I recently had valuable 1/100 figures shipped from Australia beautifully, please don't patronise me with use such a ridiculous excuse.
As I said in the original email sending back would cost ME 140 usd. Why should I pay that for YOUR negligence?
Why should I pay excess VAT for your negligence?
And for the third time
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE MADISON RAYNE FIGURE!!! IT WAS NOT IN THE BOX
I should share my story on the wfigs forum. As a forum with thousands of fans that are supporting a sinking ship such as the TNA figure line, I would suggest showing a little more customer service.

For the second time. You were refunded for your claimed missing figure. We can't help that your country charges you for fees/duties when shipping in or out. You are more than welcome to send the figures back. Which shoptna department would you like to speak to? Warehouse, Inventory, Shipping, TNA Auctions? Let me know if I can assist you further with any other questions.
Thanks,
Rustin Franklin

At no point below do you inform that you refunded. I can assure you I am not clairvoyant.
Why would I want a refund for the figure? If you can't complete an order first time don't fill it, give the choice. You clearly thought, "oh well, we won't tell the customer it's no longer in stock, we'll just send the rest of it half way around the world anyway"
And for the 3rd time, why would I send figures back at a cost to me of 140 dollars? I already paid 70, daresay, it will cost another 70.
Customs work very simply....if you insist on putting values of the item on the box, use the retail values, not the inflated values of autographed figures, and certainly not for figures NOT IN THE BOX. I don't have these issues when I use your competitors such as ringside, and I have bought figures from the US in the hundreds.
I would like the manager of your department.
Thanks
