m.kotaku.com/5889489/is-this-the-star-of-assassins-creed-iii m.kotaku.com/5889536/game-informer-accidentally-leaks-another-assassins-creed-iii-imageApparently, the first image was found by a Best Buy employee, and the second, a banner GI put up too early. Both confirm the third title to have some sort of Native American protagonist, and to be set in possibly the American Revolution. Ubisoft was set to reveal "major AC news" in just a couple of days, even updating their Facebook to the "Timeline" style, with a mysterious picture of a darkened area covered in snow. Assuming these images are all real, they'll probably release the info even earlier now. I'm actually excited for this. I love the AC series, and I thought the story was extremely well done. Who's ready for the third, possibly final installment of Desmond's journey? -BEN

I'm surprised its not all Desmond; it'll have to be aa huge game to get him to do everything he needs to do and to have a new protagonist... not that thats a bad thing. Shame that this guy will only get 1 main console game (compared to Ezio's 3 and Altair's 1.5), although I'm sure they'll reference both regularly.

I haven't had much interest in the AC series after the 2nd game, might check this out if the gameplay is decent.

I am getting burnt out on the AC series, but this really interests me.

If it adds to the series as much as the second one did then it's definitely a buy for me. I loved the series but Revelations was very disappointing. Brotherhood was okay.

I have to say, I'm looking forward to AC III now. I've always thought that the colonial/revolutionary time period was one that could be interesting in a game, and glad to see, it will be the setting of the next installment.

Looks great. I usually borrow Assasins Creed games from my friends rather than buying them but I'm definitely gonna have to buy this one.

We Call of Duty now. Assassin's Creed went bad after number 2. This makes no sense considering we're only just getting the third one now.
