Is it just me, or has Kane started to look a bit heavy? Like when he returned, great shape, slim frame (for him), all that. Now he just looks out of shape. If he's a monster, what's he doing looking like this. I just watched him attack Orton and SmackDown! and it looked really awkward.

I dont like the top at all, makes him look really "rolly" but in his match with Cena I thought he looked pretty jacked, well his back muscles anyways..

I tend not to get past the ridiculous costume when looking at him, rarely noticing his weight.

Even though Smackdown has aired here in Aus it doesnt air in the states for something like 9 or 10 hours.
I havent watched SD yet either and this has spoiled it for me.
As for Kanes weight, no he's still pretty slim, tight fitting stuff is always going to show mroe but since coming back hes been in really good shape.

Kane has an endless cycle of getting hurt....losing weight...coming back...gaining weight...getting hurt...losing weight...coming back...gaining weight.
It's been going on for 15 years.

Don't think so, he put on some weight a while ago but since he's remasked he's looked in the best shape he's been in for the past 5 or 6 years.

Haven't noticed it but haven't seen Smackdown either. I did notice he was slimmer and in better shape when he came back though.

He was out of shape before he put the mask back on.
Why do you think they made him cover up? To help the "gimmick?" He hasnt done anything since putting the mask on that he couldnt have done without it. He's a chub and the black tank with vertical pipe cleaners is supposed to make him look thinner.

I just can't get that image out of my head of Kane running around the ambulance like he was wearing a diaper and had just pooped in it......
If WWE wanted to make Kane a scary monster again, the first thing they should have done was maybe have him NOT get his ass kicked every show. John Cena handled him rather easily, and the whole thing with Ryder and Eve just made it seem like a really bad Indy horror movie.
Second of all.....put him in a costume that actually looks good. His current costume looks like he made it himself out of items on sale at the Yarn Barn.
Kane has been handled HORRIBLY for most of his career. He got a really good push as WHC when Undertaker was "in a vegetative state"....but it was short lived, and again, he's back to being booked terribly.
It's a shame, because Kane really is a good guy, he's a company man, he's shoveled a lot of sh*t in WWE and put so many guys over and watched everybody else go ahead of him and get their pushes and he's like just stuck it seems....but he still stays and he still does whatever they say.

Haven't noticed it myself, but then I'm not overly concerned with the wrestler's weight.
Don't get the complaints about his gear either; he's supposed to be a freaking monster, like he gives a s*** about his attire looking flashy or professional.

The Kane character not caring doesn't really matter. That's not really what anybody thinks about when they see his attire. They think about Kane's gear looking goofy, not whether or not Kane would want to look cool. |
