I remember this from Raw around 2005, where what happened during the commercials were streamed live on wwe.com. Yeah, It lagged sometimes, but with a few improvements I'd love to see it brought back! Anyone else agree?

It was sort of revolutionary at the time but the internet was not what it is today. I think something like that could work well today.

I think WWE takes advantage of that time NOT being on air to do things they DON'T WANT a global television audience to see.

I think WWE takes advantage of that time NOT being on air to do things they DON'T WANT a global television audience to see. ^^this Unlimited required WWE to have their two hour show run almost seamlessly, even if it meant showing the occasional ring crew adjust and or setup things (I remember JBL making an entrance or cutting a promo while the Beer Drinking Contest was being set up on SNME). Now, however, they focus on having the show be very structured and that requires the commercial breaks to be off-air. Its funny; theyll sell Kayfabe Shirts willingly, but are adament about not airing commercial breaks or making one consistantly running show. Or they may have just done away with it to make "Commercial Free RAW's" actually relevant. But thats unlikley.

It was OK I guess but they usually show what ever happened off air...the highlights at least.
It usually bored me cause it had no commentary lol

With the Network supposedly on its way, I don't think its needed. If WWE says that there will be Wrestling shows past & present streaming 24/7, then why bother resurrecting Unlimited?
Just doesn't seen necessary.
