-- If TNA/Impact could make 1 change, what should that 1 adjustment be?
For me, bring back the cage dancers for all future Lockdown PPVs (just kiddin).
Seriously, with their new deal on Spike, creating another show (even if it's just an hour long like the old days of iMPACT!). Feuds can further, matches from those who wern't on the previous Impact, and speakin' of which, 1 segment can be devoted to recap that previous Impact. Sort of gives off a Sunday Night Heat feel. I personally would love a 2nd show on Spike.

One of the first things I'd prob do is get rid of the backstage 'voyeur cam' that looks like it's being held by a 10 year old with A.D.D......

Give Heyman control of booking and creative but not finances. Yeah its an old one but honestly they need a major revamp. WWE has became amazing and TNA has gotten worse. Half there talent is taking up space.
I agree with Heyman on getting rid of a lot of the old guys. They take the most pay and don't add much.

I mean this with all honesty, sincerity and without sarcasm:
I would see the WWE purchase it and completely overhaul it, using it as a completely separate organization without acknowledging it was a WWE owned property.
TNA would become the televised Farm Team, giving new, younger guys the ability to grow while being exposed to the public. Established talents like AJ, Roode, Storme would be the top players similar to Cena, Punk, Sheamus etc in WWE today.
When a top WWE talent tanked or came out of a major storyline with nothing else to work with (Sheamus after his 1st title run, Jack Swagger after his 1 title run etc) they would "Leave town" and storm the scene at TNA and vice verse with TOP TNA talent.
It would almost be run via the Old School Territory Format, except it would all be owned by WWE.
This would allow them the chance to try new angles, directions, styles etc without potentially tainting the mainstream WWE product that is Raw/Smackdown.
It would be unlike the WWECW debacle, in that it would have it's own mainstay characters and would appear to exist as it's own Organization.
Sting would wrestle Taker at WM for the Streak, where Taker would win and both men would retire.
Angle would have his last match against Cena or Punk and retire, taking a mentor role behind the scenes at TNA to run a new Train Center like the Power Plant.
AJ, Samoa Joe, Roode, Storm would be the mainstays of TNA and there would be a Title structure similar to that of the WWE with HW, IC and added LW along with Tag Titles and Womens Champ.
Hogan and Flair would wrestle their last retirement match that would see Flair score an actual clean, pinfall win. Flair would be a mainstay at the new Training Center, teaching the new guys how to cut promos and tell a story inside the ring.
Jeff Jarrett, Dixie Carter, Hogan & EB would be completely removed from the Booking picture.

I just want them to put a video screen or SOMETHING on the blank board that is above the cylindrical piece of stage on the left side of the entrance ramp in the Impact Zone.
Seriously. There's NOTHING on that board and it's just lazy. They can't print out an Impact Wrestling sticker and put that crap up there? Just lazy.

a Six Sided Ring, less promos, more wrestling, put more effort into their storylines.
