What do you guys think Brock will be like in the ring when he wrestles again? I haven't heard a whole lot about him training or anything. Plus, do you think he will have picked up a lot of UFC style moves?

Hopefully, he brings in some of that MMA style fighting but hopefully he doesn't injure a bunch of people trying it. I am sure he's in the ring, training. He is pretty serious about whatever he is doing. He is not going to want to look bad or appear to have any ring rust when he competes.

His fighting style will defiantly be different from his time away in MMA, I hope he can control it and not knock the hell of someone though. His match with Cena will be very interesting.

I honestly see him being very sloppy. I'm sure he may be doing some training to get back in shape, but I don't see him being near ready by Extreme Rules. If Rock had a year to prepare and wasn't in top shape, I don't really see Lesnar being prepared in a month. This won't be good.

I disagree.
He should be fine. Guy is a natural. I doubt he'll be as polished as he was back in 2003 (that'll take time). But I think he'll do just fine.

Not good. He already busted Cena open by accident.

I'm incredibly interested to see what he's going to be like. It's logical to think he has an entirely new dimension added to his in-ring ability since the last time we saw him wrestle, the question is how much he'll actually use that added dimension.

Does he look out of shape to anyone else?

The Rock was not training for a full year.. or even close..

Why would be be off beat? He wrestled in Japan for how long? He only did MMA for like 3 1/2 years or so. It'd be almost like HBK's hiatus from 98 - 02. The only thing I see wrong is he does look a little smaller than his original run, but ring wise I think he'll be fine.

I predict it will be hard for him to transition to Sports Entertainment after drilling and rolling Jits for so long. He will be trying hard NOT to hrt opponents that it will look like crap.
Plus, he will be gassing quick and his opponents will need to carry the load.
Just my opinion.

I honestly don't think training in MMA will affect his performance. That being said, I do think he'll be fairly sloppy coming back. His matches in Japan weren't exactly masterpeices.

I hope he starts using MMA submissions like the arm triangle he beat Carwin with. He could use it as a secondary finisher, like the Brock Lock

Does he look out of shape to anyone else? Yeah, but he already looked better than last week to me. The guy is a freak. He should be in great shape by Extreme Rules.

I think he'll be fine. You've got to remember, when he was in WWE, he learned super quickly, and was really good for as young as he was. Just look at his promo on Raw backstage, he looked pretty comfortable. And Rock is different, because Rock was never excellent in the ring. He was always the entertainer type wrestler, like Austin, Cena, and Hogan. Brock was excellent in the ring, if he comes back rusty he should still be pretty decent.
And why's everyone saying he looks out of shape?? He's in UFC heavyweight fighter shape. He's not chiseled like he was in WWE in 02, but he's still a legit bad ass big man. And its probably better off for him now not to have all that muscle, reduces his injury probability.

He's totally going to pull off the Shooting Star Press this time.

He's totally going to pull off the Shooting Star Press this time. I'm not to sure if we will be seeing that. But he looks in fantastic shape, I can see some more martial art type moves thrown in. I'd like to see a new submission.

He seems to be in great shape. I'm sure he'll be ready for Extreme Rules.

Brock is in fantastic shape? The Brock I saw looked soft in the midsection, lacking definition in his arms and chest. Hence, he has yet to remove his shirt.
While the guy is tall and bulky, he is going to look terrible in comparison to Cena or Rock unless he hardens up.
I would question whether or not he is still working out/training..if he has no cardio, he isn't going to be able to hang with anyone except maybe Scott Steiner.
