Just wish I could bottle the special aura PWG used to have. 2011-2014> 2015-onward. It's still great, don't get me wrong.

When was the last time PWG actually did a storyline? I guess you could count Mount Rushmore 2.0 but even that was simply a revolving door of matches and guys in the feud. Callahan/Younger was one if the last real feuds I remember them having and even that was just matches. It's all steak and no sizzle with PWG now...

Though it feels like an extension of their ROH feud.

2011-2014> 2015-onward. It's still great, don't get me wrong. Undoubtedly sir, the wrestling is top notch but the actual atmosphere itself; before the crowd at the Legion Post were SOOOO committed to chanting for the tiniest things, getting themselves over and what-have-you...the roster and vibe back then played a massive part. Oh well. Time is relentless as we know... Couldn't agree more.

Revolving door of matches isn't bad all the time but I understand where they are coming for. There have been partial storylines for the last bit like Mount Rushmore 2.0 vs. PWG was a storyline was prevailing since the return of super dragon but I feel yeah. They do have some storylines but not all are concrete. PWG is like a dream match promotion of the indies which is tremendous.

I just miss feuds like LaRae/Hero/Tornado/etc. The Cole heel turn. They were doing great things back then.

Maybe they'll take a turn for a better with storylines. Oh by the way! Is DDT4 not happening this year?

If there is a time to do DDT it's right now.
Young Bucks Pentagon and Fenix Death by Elbow ReDRagon LDRS of the New School Ricochet and Ospreay Cole and Omega Best Friends Lee and Everett
There's so many possibilities for teams. Honestly all I'm worried about with PWG at the moment is that they start booking David Starr, Shane Strickland, Joey Janela, Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz, etc. These guys are the future of Indy wrestling and they would all fit well in PWG.

So was Will Ospreay the youngest person to get 5 Stars from Dave Meltzer?

I'm only 1/2 way through Night One of BoLA (I'm not going to burn through it), but I'll have to see the rest of Sabre and Scurll's matches.
ZSJ doesn't really translate on recordings, live he's great. Outside of Hero, Scurll is my favorite right now...it's like 1A and 1B...

Scurll/Sabre could be amazing or it could be a dud like their BOLA match a few years ago.
There is no in between.

Scurll/Sabre could be amazing or it could be a dud like their BOLA match a few years ago. There is no in between. Zach hasn't really worked for me as PWG Champion. If others feel that way, giving it to Marty is the way to go. I feel like PWG is better when the guy on top is a bad guy who can't be beat.
