Tully Blanchard will definitely kill the line dead. Bundy and Arn Anderson aren't exactly hot sellers, either. Hopefully the Hall of Fame induction will help the Horsemen sell a few more units, but that Tully figure is gonna be a disaster. I doubt Legends will be on MattyCollector next year.

I voted 0 times. From the very beginning something didn't seem kosher. Voting never seems to work out well. Late 90's, Grand Moff Tarkin, pegwarmer. 00's, Fat dancer with 6 teats, pegwarmer. 2010's TRU ML 2 packs, the best weren't produced. Etc, etc.

Do you know a lot of people that are only buying Arn and not Tully? I honestly think most people are planning on buying both. If it was the Rockers or The Hart Foundation I could see where people might want one and not both but to complete the Horsemen and Brain Busters I don't see too many people not getting both. And I personally think Bundy is a bigger "disaster" than either of Arn or Tully. At least you get a tag title with those two guys.

I hope we get the chance to vote for the legends figures again
But like many others have pointed out, last time the system allowed people to vote unlimited times for as few or as many choices as they wanted. Which makes the poll completely biased and therefore pointless. The Mattel reps here said it was the fault of their web team. So hopefully next time they'll find someone a little more qualified to set it up.
A wider range of superstars/gimmicks/eras would be nice as well. eg. don't just list "Crush". List Kona Crush, Evil Crush, NOD Crush, NWO Brian Adams, Kronik Brian Adams, etc. And how about a choice of 50 or 100 superstars instead of 10? And include a mix of promotions (WWF/WCW/ECW/NWA/etc), a mix of eras (pre80s, 80s, early 90s, monday night wars, 2002-onwards, etc) and a mix of superstar types (main-eventers/mid-carders/memorable-gimmicks/managers/women/announcers, etc). Then mattel will get a much clearer idea of exactly what will sell, and in what quantities.

I dont think ddp will do all that well myself, and to be honest I think the only ones that will sell half decently are Andre, Elizabeth and possibly the rockers. I want bundy the most myself but i think DDP, Bundy and the brainbusters will come short of exectations. Hopefully im wrong

I would love a JYD, a Honkey Tonk Man, British Bulldogs, Tito Santana, Bobby Heenan, Magnum TA, and an Elite Dibiase.

I thought we were only allowd to vote once each day. I have to admit the voting sucked, and I also admit I did vote almost everyday, but to no avail. I am happy to get Arn and Tully Legends, but it also makes no sense to only have 1/2 of the Four Horsemen. Also I think that we should of had to vote for figures Mattel already made just to get a correct version. A legends M$M should have been released long ago. Plus after reading this thread am I the only one who voted for Snuka. Besides Elizabeth, which we all knew was a given that she'd win, all I wanted to get out of these was an Elite styled M$M (in green tux) and a proper barefoot Jimmy Snuka that was in tiger print.
P.S. If Mattel paid any attention to Jakks' prior products they didn't have to make a Snuka that was "different" from Jakks. Jakks always made him in leopard print, when he never actually had leopard print. All Mattel had to do was make in the correct tiger print and they would have had a Snuka that was "Different" from Jakks. Rant over.

The 6 Mattycollector figures for next year should be...
Honky Tonk Man with guitar and IC title Doink with accessories of some kind Brutus Beefcake with Shears Lex Luger in Red White and Blue Gear 123 Kid Sid Justice
that would be really solid.

Thats Def. a Solid Line - up. Altho I would rather someone replace 123 kid ... perhaps Earthquake and throw in a tag team like L.O.D or Hart Foundation I hope if we get Brutus its in his white and pink, And For Sid I would definetly be cool with a blue trunked Sid Justice

1) Im one of the ones that voted endless amounts of times a day. Im glad I did it and Id honestly do it again. I knew how Mattycollector would work and with me wanting to collect ALL Legends and knowing I was going to have to pay out of the rear for them....I was damn sure gonna make sure I got all of the ones I wanted. Out of the 5 I voted for, 3 of them advanced (Arn, Tully Liz)
2)I dont think the "flawed" voting honestly had anything to do with who was made. I took no chances to say the least but if you look at what they updated us with compared to what won...and knowing people were supposedly voting for X figure....The lineup should have been different.
3)It wasnt just "old school fans" voting for Brain Busters or Magnum TA. There were many on here saying they were doing it for guys like Crush, Doink and Savio Vega. Dont let that slip by and just try to point the figures at older fans because Arn & Tully made it
4)Tully will NOT be the death of the line. Arn Anderson is a generation cross over wrestler. He fits with older fans as well as younger fans (Monday Night Wars). Most people will get him and automatically buy Tully because A)you'll complete a tag team/faction and B)you'll complete tag titles...which is something HIGHLY wanted by many.
5)Mattel should have enough knowledge to know what 5-6 figures should be sold next year. They should know that an obscure character from the 90s isnt going to sell just like Buddy Rogers isnt going to sell. MDT (hopefully) should know the path they need to take to make money with these. Therefore, I honestly wouldnt want to see a poll for next year. Just let them pick and choose and if you dont like it, dont buy it.

I dont want to see a poll either , even if its one vote per i.p addy there are ways to get around that. your def right nivro , all sorts of people were voting multiples for doink and crush and the otherside for arn and tully. I just personally myself heard more guys claim they were multiple voting for Arn/Tully/Windham/Magnum for the exact same reason you mentioned.
Id rather see them do a line up that has 3 80's guys, 3 90's pre attitude era guys and a tag team or two. Anything attitude era can be done in Flashback so no need for Monday Night War figs in the legend excl.s
it was sdcc last year that they introduced the vote so maybe this year they will let us know if there will be a 2013 line up. Im Hoping that whether 2012 did bad or good, they try again with what they feel would be a solid line up.

Honky Tonk Man with guitar and IC title Doink with accessories of some kind Brutus Beefcake with Shears Lex Luger in Red White and Blue Gear 123 Kid Sid Justice that would be really solid. Really?... Every single one of them was released in the main Classic Superstars line up. You'd rather wait ANOTHER 12 months before you see a previously unproduced figure? I would rather the Legends line be filled with wrestlers who haven't had a real-scan or later action figure made such as: - Gangrel - Mideon - Kurrgan the Interrogator - Ahmed Johnson - Savio Vega - Bull Buchanan - D'Lo Brown - TAKA Michinoku I'd also like to see some that have been previously made added, too, but in a different attire or in somecases just done properly, for example: - Jim the Anvil Neidhart in 1997 Hart Foundation gear and matching jacket so you can have a near as damn it Hart Foundation in Mattel form. - Mabel - Because Jakks blew it. - Kama Mustafa (NOD is preference for me) - Faarooq - Crush (NOD is preference for me) - Bradshaw (ideally in Acolyte attire, but any gimmick really) - Sho Funaki Yeah, I know none of these would be hot sellers. But I'd much rather get my hands on any of these, than the same boring legends names that come up all the time, that already have good enough Jakks figures. I want a complete line, not just the Jakks line, remade and then endless repaints of the top guys so that we have more than one version to choose from.

Cause if you release those 8 next year, you better sell a jar of jelly/jam with them cause its TOAST!

Yes Arn and Tully would have been peg warmers and will be page warmers, but damn man we've waited since Galoob-days for a decent 4 Horsemen collection (Toybiz included Mondo so by default it sucked).
But seriously we'll never have the complete horsemen because Flair isn't signed (although a Flair fix-up is the easiest thing in the world) and there's no sign or hope for a Barry Windham it seems.

Without a Hogan figure my interest in Bundy is very low. I will also pass on Tully and Arn because I have a feeling if Flair was to come back to WWE they would release new versions along with Windham and maybe Ole for a Horseman collection.

They should do a red LOD as the NOV Legends Two-Pack. I would not mind getting at least a set of Two-packs once a year.
As far as the voting, I think it is a sham
