Head is badly smudged. You can see smudges coming off the head. You honestly think a figure's head would look like that? Ears suck, eyes need work, tones don't match too well, and recolor is weird and bad at the top. Also it's quality is low.
there's your reply. enjoy.

Yeah. For eyes, try making the whit part more bright with the dodge tool, because figures have the eyes paint pretty much pure white, and they don't look like a picture does. For tones, like stated, use the Hue/Saturation. I find it much easy/better. Keep fiddling with it, and doing so on the body if need in order to match it up and you should be able to fine a matching color. For size I like to use Rectangular Marque Tool. Just use it, right click the head (you have to be on the head layer) and hit Free Transform. Or you can open the head in another file and hit Ctrl+Alt+I and adjust the pixel size. For more tips, check out MJH's head tutorial. He's got stuff in there that just help with hair and the smudging of heads. It's a few pages back here, I can't be bothered to fine it right now, so trying looking, if not I also have it on my site (link is in sig) Hope I helped some. Need anything else, just ask
