Jericho said it over the summer and he was right....turning Cena heel would be stupid. If Cena turned heel, he would be in exactly the same spot as he is right now, with 50% of the audience liking him and 50% of the audience hating him. All it would do is flip flop the demographics.
All the kids would be against Cena, and all of the adults who think they are original and edgy by cheering heels would start to like him. The thing is, Cena is WWE's top merchandise seller because of all the parents buying his gear for their kids....so WWE is not stupid enough to risk hurting his sales by turning little kids against him by a heel turn.

Cena has been extremely solid lately, and proven his character can remain fresh if the storylines and booking are kept original. Big Show interferring?  THAT. Big Show should have a backstage role at this stage, or take a page out of Kane's book and be helping put over some of the undercard. The fact that Kane has been ignored lately (probably out of his own will to be) is criminal when other big men who are much worse such as Khali, Show and Henry are still soaking up valid TV time. (note: I think Henry's picked up his game these last couple months). |

I don't care too much about Cena vs Show. It's not great but not that bad either. I just think they should slowly turn Big Show heel. Like he says he did what he did so he can get his job back and entertain the fans. But after a while he gets mad at the fans booing him for what he did. I feel like right now Big Show is still a sympathetic character at the mercy of Johnny. Kind of like when HBK was "working for" JBL.

Nothing says putting over the under card talent like beating Zack Ryder continuously, among all the other guys Kane seems to beat. |

I think Big Show gets crapped on by guys on here way too much... but still, I too think this feud will be boring, and I also think turning Big Show Heel yet again will be boring too. The guy is great in both roles IMO, but he's turned so many times over the years, in such stupid circumstances, that it's gotten old now.

If Bryan wasn't feuding with Punk right now, which I didn't think he would have been by now, he would of been great to face Cena next. Show vs. Cena is WAY boring, and just like his first feud with Show a few years ago, the Kane feud, and the JBL feud, you can tell every one of them is just filler for him until Brock comes back or he goes after the title again. Its a shame that Johnny vs. Cena main evented a PPV featuring Punk vs. Bryan. Brock vs. Cena, I can see why they main evented, same with Rock vs. Cena. But come on, Big Johnny vs. Cena, and the big swerve is an obvious Show heel turn that you could see from a mile away. I knew the second he came out, that he was turning. He isn't a WWE superstar currently, and Johnny will hire him back tonight, and that will explain why he did it. The only reasoning i could see it being the main event was if there was an unexpected Brock interference, since he isn't a WWE superstar either. It would have also been better I think, if you have Heyman there, coming out to help Johnny, and then Show comes out, KO's Cena, and then Lesnar and Show are both associates of Heyman. Would have made sense to, because Heyman and Show have a past too.

Big Show didn't exactly look pleased about the whole situation, ever thought that there going to do a face Show having do to Big Johnny's dirty work to keep his job, then eventually when Big Johnny get's fired and humiliated and done with his run, Show gets to slap a nice WMD on him.
Meh, 's how I think it should go down.
