The Big Show debuted in February 1999 as a heel. Over the last 13 years it feels like he's flip flopped more times than a politician. Can someone figure it out? I start to & then I get a headache. But I bet the number is very intriguing.

Ahh hell, I'll try to figure it out: (with help from wiki)
Debut Feb 1999: Heel (1) May 1999: Face- the Union faction (2) Summer 1999: Heel- Teams with Taker (3) Fall 1999: Face- wins WWF title (4) January 2000: Heel- feuds with Rock (5)
YES! You are reading this correctly. He turned 5 times in less than a year of his debut.
Spring 2000: Face- Comedy gimmick (6) January 2001: Returns as a heel- Hardcore title storyline (7) Spring 2001: Face- With team WWF (8) Spring 2002: Heel- With the nWo (9) Mid 2004: Face -Feuds with Angle & gets his head shaved (10) Summer 2006: Heel- Wins ECW title (11) Spring 2008: Face- Feuds with Khali after Mayweather (12) Fall 2008: Heel- Vickie Guerrero love interest (13) Spring 2010: Face- turns on Miz after they lose tag titles (14) Spring 2012: Heel- turns on Cena (15)
There you have it. 15 turns.

Here is another question, does any one have any actual interest in another Big Show heel turn? I always think Big Show comes across as a really nice and funny guy, but in all the live events I have been to since 91, I have never seen a more lazy half assed performer than Big Show. I know its far fetched but I would have much rather seen someone like Zack Ryder turn on Cena, at least it would have been new and fresh.

When you've been in the business as long as he has, he's bound to turn a lot. He just fits in the category of being good either way.

He shows up, gives the people what they came to see(Largest wrestler alive perform in some capacity in person) & get back in the bus & SLEEP! He's hit the age where Andre was told he would not live to see. WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM & HOW HARD HE TRIES TO DO RIGHT BY THE BUSINESS. Only typed in caps to make sure you see it. Because it needs to be understood. If you don't like show, you don't appreciate the theatrical aspect of SHWs in wrestling. Which if it's not your thing it's fine. Moving on, Show actually cut a good, to the point promo which makes want to see more. I look forward to seeing if they can breathe new life into the modern era's Hogan vs Andre. Also show looks badass in formal attire.

I think Show is incredibly entertaining I just wish that the WWE wouldn't job him out as much. I was at a live event once where Rey Mysterio pinned him clean and it just doesn't come across as believable.

I'd feel comfortable saying that Show's probably the best big man wrestler ever (not including 'Taker). The fact that he's able to turn that many times and still have fans react shows how versatile he can be--especially considering the range in types of both faces and heels that he's been. However, 15 turns still does sound at least a little excessive.

Well, at least they actually acknowledged his turn. I mean.....the last time we saw Christian on TV, he was being beat up by CM Punk and was on the side of Team Johnny.

At least the turn has something to it this time. He was brought down to his knees crying and he was fired. Then the crowd showed him no sympathy when he did what he had to do to continue doing what he loved. Makes sense.

From since I started watching back in '98, I can remember with Kane, the Ministry of Darkness, his return as the American Badass, his transition to Big Evil, after his ladder match with Jeff Hardy, and he's pretty much been a face ever since.

Taker has had multiple turns, but no where near as many as Show.
