I spotted the Croc set at TRU tonight for $24, but passed for now as I had my eyes set on finding the new DCUC figures.

Kmart is also adding new items to their toy dept. I noticed they had the zipline and cycle today.

So this line is going 3.75" now? That's what the Batcycle and grapple gun are. And Target has a 5-Pack. (Which I need to have! lol)

My store got the Blast Lane Batmobile in last night, hopefully we'll still have one next Thursday so I can pick it up.

My one issue with the Blast Lane Batmobile is when you open the canopy to put Bats in you see there's no steering wheel or controls. That is a big let down to me. Now if I could just find the 3.75" line other than the batcycle that would be nice.

I just picked up a Total Destruction Batmobile for 14 bucks at Wal-Mart in the clearance aisle. I got it to do a custom job, looks like it'd be in decent scale with DCUC figures for pics or stop-motion down the line. We'll see how it goes.

You need to paint it black like the proto. Someone on AFI & the Fwoosh did and it looks amazing

So...which era is the Blast Lane Batmobile supposed to depict? I can't tell if it's more the skinny comic version, or Arkham Asylum (or perhaps a mixture of the two?).

I don't think it's supposed to depict any specific era. If anything I'd guess it's just inspired by other past batmobiles.

The 3.75-incher looks cool, but...I'm in too deep on the bigger line, so I'll just stick with that...though I probably would've invested heavily in the smaller scale rather than the larger 'uns had I known they were going to make them at the line's conception.
