Like hearing fun childhood collecting memories. Indeed, that's always a fun read! As a kid I had a lonely Magnificent Don Muraco LJN figure. For some reasons friends had more popular wrestler (Hogan, Macho Man and George Steele, who was my favorite at the time) but I never saw them at the store. Still, even if I never catched it on TV, I liked my big Muraco figure. Since he was a lone guy I still have to this day in perfect shape; he didn't wrestle much The wrestling toys I had were Mattel M.U.S.C.L.E. Men, Or M.U.S.C.L.E. Things is you listen to the guy in the commercial I had stored mine in a small plastic garbage can, which was a bit like the small ones Mattel stored the figure 10 packs. M.U.S.C.L.E. came in 4 packs (a simple card with 4 figures), 10 pack (in a garbage can container as I said) and 28 packs. The 4 packs were dirt cheap, like a buck and a half at Woolco (a Canadian retail chain - they're all Wallmart now). My own garbage can was quite packed, mostly with flesh, bubblegum-colored figure from the first sets. My collection mainly came from 4 packs, a single 10 pack (for which I still have the can) and a whooping 28 pack. I was looking at those extra large set (they were a large, flat box with a window in front) and noticed one was marked the price of a 4 pack! I thought it was too good to be true, I checked the code and all, and the were the same as the other large pack, ado much cheaper. The cashier looked at me like if I was out for something fishy, noted they were quite cheap and I felt I was about to get caught of and stopped from buying it. But no, all things were clear and I packed my big garbage cans full of monster, aliens and weirdo brawlers home. They had so many design (and lack of backstory), it was easy to cast them as popular wrestler, monsters or characters of my own. Along other wrestling line (LJN and Hasbro being ones), I still build back my collection of M.U.S.C.L.E. from two sole items I still had since childhood:

Like hearing fun childhood collecting memories. Oh man...I had totally forgot about the clear garbage can that all my MUSCLE guys came in! I used to have a belt that was MUSCLE I think too. I remember the pegs broke off and the belt ripped and my dad threw it in the trash. I still find those things laying around every once in awhile.

I remember getting a WWF LJN Macho Man Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat and George Steele at Christmas.
My uncle then bought me the LJN ring. And my aunt bought me Adrian Adonis and Magnificent Muraco.
I can still recall the excitement...and anger over having to share them with my brothers!

Awesome... I got into wrestling watching an episode of NWA one sat. night...I just remember the RnR Express attacking the Midnight Exp. with rackets....lol...I also remember seeing the Road Warriors...I came across the RW tag team AWA figures ...also the Rick Martel/Baron set...Had no idea who the Baron and Martel was...But the rest of the night..I'd hitlay on my Black Sabbath tape...The drum beats would kick in...and the Warriors would decimate the other guys ..lol..Pretty much got the AWA ring and the rest of the figure after that..I would also use the He Man figures and Hercules figures in the federation as well...I never collected the wwf LJN figs...The WWF was kinda boring to me..I loved NWA and the southern territories...So I would repaint the AWA figs to become Wendall Cooley...Robert Fuller...Adrien Street and The Nightmares...lol...Man those were the days...

I remember spending the entire day setting up my arena for my fig fed ppv's. I would always do a 30 min preshow and then the ppv. I had a mix of bca, toybiz, and orginial ecw figures.
I remember getting in trouble at school for writing storylines instead of reading.

I remember setting up entrances and making ramps out of videos and cardboard boxes, awesome times, i also used to use some of the mesh for the entrances from the steel cage from the jakks ring made in about 1998.
It was ace, i even had an outdoor event pllayin with figures in the back yard, I used to have huge ass aisles when i played in the front room too.
I would write down cards and allsorts, i miss playin with my figures sometimes but im 26 now.
