2000-2009 had some awesome heels. Out of all of them, who was your favorite and why? Do you wish WWE today could pull some of their past creativity and the wrestler's own touch of creativity to re-generate the passion fans take in hating the heels. Giving the fans reasons not to like the wrestlers. I feel we have lost touch in that. Other than Vickie.

I hate to say it but...
Triple H.
Hard to argue a case for anyone else against HHH.

Muhammed Hassan. That guy attracted some MASSIVE heat. He was great on the mic, and working the crowd, with great ring skills as a bonus.

Muhammed Hassan. That guy attracted some MASSIVE heat. He was great on the mic, and working the crowd, with great ring skills as a bonus. He only got heat because of 9/11 and WWE playing stereotypes. It had nothing to do with him. And Triple H without a doubt is the best heel of the 2000's. He was so hated from 00-01 and 02-07, he was red hot during his Evolution time.

Although HHH captivated me, and made me despise him with his friendship feud with HBK and Nash, and really pissed me off in Evolution, I still have to say, Muhammed Hassan had every person hating him. People didn't want to be a fan of him at shows, cause they were in fear of people around him. He called the military cowards, and Americans fascist, over weight, criminilistic, egotistical savages. That was essentially his first two promos. HHH can tell me how bad of a coward Austin was all year long and still not generate as much heat in that year as Hassan did in one night. Not to mention that all came after Foley's plug for going over seas to Iraq for the WWE's Tribute to the Troops show. Here's Foley saying whu he loves this great nation, having the fans chanting USA after a huge USA love speech, with a troop video package, all for Hassan to come out and trash. And he had a great point. American's did target Arab-Americans after 9/11. It was all done at the right time, that created possibly the biggest political heel since Iron Sheik in one night!!!

Anyone hear of a guy named JBL...
Triple H had nothing on this guy. While Triple H was often cheered at times because he was so over as a heel, JBL was always booed because fans hated him that much. His moveset was old school and boring to alot, and his promos just got under the fans skin. The only years Triple H came close to that heat was in 2000 and 2003, but he never got the heel heat like JBL did. People literally paid money just to see JBL get his ass whooped.

Triple H for the first half of the decade, during the last boom period. JBL for the second half of the decade and he did a much better job at being a bad guy.

Each of these individuals had something unique to offer and bring to the heel table. I may not be the biggest Triple H fan, but he was damn good in Evolution.
JBL was gold as well. Loved that title run.
So many great choices on that list, it is really hard to choose.
