awesome work by moraes. even with a big chunk of his arm obviously gone. great work to battle through and get that choke/crank... they didnt show a good camera angle when he got to the ground, i couldnt tell if it was a choke or neck crank.

I like how UFC isn't even mentioning the next Fuel card.

yea i know, free cards are free cards... and youd think rich franklin would be enough of a name brand to sell the card just based on him vs cung le.

Pulling for Brandao in this one. He's very exciting.

10-9 brandao. he looked very civilized as a fighter, didnt go nuts and gas out. solid ground work, though good d by gambino too. gambino is in this fight, he mightve had the best strike of the round with that late left hook that cut brandao open, but brandao was more active in that 1st.

Yeah, Brandao's issue in his past fights was that he was just to wild, but I love that.

awesome overhand right, but great ground d from gambino to keep him out of a better position. diego still dictated and controlled, 10-9, 20-18 diego... im really impressed with gambino too though.
the yamasakis are standing them up and seperating them quick tonight. 2nd or 3rd time in that round, where they stood up a ground attack too early... in the madadi/marcello fight, marcello pulled guard, and they didnt give him a shot to do anything with it.

That was a little bit of a closer round, but I still give it to Brandao.

30-27 diego, though i think diego gassed out at the very end of round 3, last minute and a half or so. still, he controlled the entire fight, he didnt go wild, he looked like a fighter instead of a brawler. and it looked like his confidence came back... maybe next time we'll see him go for the kill. he popped gambino with a couple good shots and gambino ate em though, credit to him too.

10-9 tibau, aside from that 20 second spurt that ended with trinaldo throwing knees from the thai clinch, tibau looked better in every aspect of the game.

wowwwww.... what a turnaround. awesome overhand left, he came close on that choke but tibau had just enough room and survived. arm triangle, half mount, awesome ground and pound. the only reason i dont give 10-8, is because tibau kept improving position. 10-9 trinaldo, 3rd round decides the winner.

If I was Tibau, I would have exploded out of half guard then continued with the choke.

10-9, 29-28 gleison tibau. awesome recovery to dominate and win that round. that left leg was trapped, i felt like he shouldve been ground and pounding more... i guess he knew he had the win in the bag though. at least on my card. fun fight.
