T-Dog isn't in the comics, but it's very gruesome for who does die.

Tyreese, who was about 5,000 times more awesome of a character than T-Dog, got killed by the Governor like 50 issues ago... But yeah, T-Dog one line per episode, isn't in the comics.

I'm glad they killed who they did in Issue 100, to be honest. There is only so far you can go with that sort of character and now they serve a greater purpose by dying. I'm really looking forward to seeing where things go, #100 was the best issue in a long, long time.

I'm really looking forward to seeing where things go, #100 was the best issue in a long, long time. What was the purpose? So no one else would die? The character was seemingly selected at complete random by Negan. I completely disagree with you to be honest. Kirkman kills off characters with total reckless abandonment and uses it as a shock value tool. This issue was good, if for no other reason than it actually made me cringe to read, but I need proof that this is going to somehow be different than the Governor story. I actually think it's kind of ridiculous to think that there is a glorified biker gang of 50 guys out strong arming people in a post apocalyptic world. It feels too Doomsday/Mad Max-ish for the world Kirkman created. Not saying it's not good, and obviously, they need an obstacle to over come because the story needs substance, but I wasn't a fan of what he did personally, at least not yet.

Kirkman oversold this issue. He said something on the lines of it being bloodbath. The death was gruesome no doubt but a bloodbath signifies multiple deaths .
