Hey,
I just quickly wanted to make this post while it's still fresh in my mind with all the details and such.
OK, so I finished work at 11:30 P.M. and realized I needed gas in my car, so I headed to one of my favorite locations, 7 Eleven which is located on 333 Mountainview S. in Georgetown, Ontario Canada.
So, I get there and pull my car into the spot and put $20 in my car. I was also craving a slushie and needed to go inside and pay, so I'm heading into the store and open the door and first notice two small fans which are side-by-side in the walk-way path on the floor because the night sanitation worker put them there to help dry the floor faster because he was trying to mop the floor inside the store.
A soon as I step in the door, this sanitation worker is right on my case and giving me attitude, asking me what I want, if I wanted a slushie or what and rudely telling me to walk around the area he was trying to mop up.
Then, I turned around and was going to go the direction he told me to, then he said a separate area was dry enough to walk on, so I headed that way and got my slushie, all the while feeling rushed because this guy wants to get his stuff done and floor mopped.
7 Eleven is a 24-hour store with customers constantly coming and going at all hours, so there really is no good time to do something like that no matter how bad he wants it done.
Anyway, so I get my slushie and I can overhear him make some rude comments like "oh yeah, get a big one, yeah yeah" or something like that.
So, I get to the counter and I just want to pay for my stuff and leave because this guy was just flat-out rude to me and other customers.
As I paid, and was about to head out the door, another customer entered and he made some more rude comments like "Geez, these customers are overturning one by one, can you ing believe it?"
Yeah, that's right. He started saying profanity in front of me and other customers and in my opinion, that's a big no-no.
See, I'm the type of person who doesn't say something when it should be said and I end up regretting it later. I'm too nice.
Had that been my other two brothers, especially my older brother, he would've turned to the guy and got in his face and asked him what his ing problem was and if the guy gave him a hard time or whatever, he probably would've dragged him outside and kicked the sh*t outta him. No lie.
My older brother is a pretty big, stalky dude and he doesn't take anyone's crap like I do. He would've at least said something to the guy, which I am totally regretting now.
I wish I would've turned to the guy and gave him his sh*t right back, but I didn't.
But anyway, when I got home, I went right to the 7 Eleven website and filed a formal complaint against this prick.
I've never done that before, so I'm not sure how serious they take it, but I gave them my cell and e-mail, so I hope to hear back from them.
There's no excuse for doing what he did and acting rude like he did and especially saying profanity in front of customers.
I'm a paying customer and I frequent that 7 Eleven quite often and I never want to run into this ing guy again. He was such a dick.
