Your brother needs to seek help then, not something you should be bragging about. I was wondering why he thought it acceptable for his brother to swear back at the clerk and resort to physical violence. Complaining about having to hear the f word then using it multiple times in the description of the event was classy. Irony at it's best.

last time a guy was rude to me working at a convenience store, i bought a 2 litre of chocolate milk, shook it up and let the floor have it. he'd just finished mopping. nothing wrong with it, i paid for my milk and old women freak out and smash stuff at stores all the time. i have just as much right, and i ed his day up like he did to mine.

Irony at it's best. obviously there are different expectations for someone providing a service to you and the customer. i worked at a gas store for a few years, i heard lots of profanity, but that didn't justify my use of it. the other way around, however, is a bit different. i'd tell someone to go his hat if he was rude while working and me being a paying customer. weird that this needed to be explained.

How does it feel to be mr. nice guy and get pushed around? Honestly, not too good. Like I said, I am too nice of a person sometimes and don't say something when it SHOULD be said and end up regretting it later. Man, it's just bugging me now for not saying something to this jerk. I really wish I would have....

Yeah that confirms you're just a dick. It's customers like you that make retail workers rude to people in the first place, If you're anything in person like you are on here, I'd probably be pretty "rude" to you if you came in where I work too.

I simply said you handled it with a dick move, and even asked what he did to ruin your day so much. You came in on your high horse, wouldn't even explain what he did that got you so worked up, which leads me to believe it was your fault to begin with.

Are you surprised? With what you said it simply sounds like you just acted like a spoilt kid and threw down the milk over something you didn't like... Then you tried to justify it by saying other people do it.

wait, so you're justifying your dickish acts by pointing out what you believe to be my dickish acts, and you actually think that's a valid argument? AND THEN you're saying I try to justify it by other people doing it, while you justify it by saying what i do?
huge fail dude, go back to the drawing board. i mean, if you think i'm a dick i can live with that, but your logic and ability to comprehend seem non existant.

I'm not even the one acting like a dick, You posted in a thread on a forum.. You're bound to get opinions, you clearly didn't like my view on it so got all high and mighty over it. You tell half of story, I can only judge on that and on what you posted you come off as a dick. Pretty simple, if you ask me.

i go back to what i said before, and i was not being 'high and mighty', i was speaking in terms of morality of mine as you originally were of yours: i do not serve to your standard of morals. if you think i'm a dick, cool beans, i don't really care. i see you as the one obviously acting like a child. this world doesn't fall under what is 'right' or 'wrong' to you, and it's laughable you think otherwise.
the only real thing i did wrong was even bother replying to you so fervently.

To me it seems like you think you're right no matter what, Which wouldn't shock me from how you've acted here.

I'm not saying that I agree with the employees attitude, but it's completely obvious to me that some of you have never worked customer service. Give it a shot. ---Also, I am a bit perplexed that a convenience store has other people besides their employees clean it. Agreed, Some people don't realise just how frustrating it can get, so I don't blame the guy for being fed up. Plus not to mention how bad he'd get treated by some other shoppers, I honestly don't blame him for it, not saying it's right.. I just understand why he'd be so pissed off. Nah. That still gives you no reason to be a dick. I worked in retail before and sure customers were bitches, but I never took it out on another customer. I would be fired, for one.
