I have this figure as shown, i am guessing is may be some kind of mexican westler?
is it rare, valuable?

It's a CMLL wrestler that was made by OSFTM and came out in 1992. You can find them on Ebay pretty often so they aren't that rare or valuable.

Atlantis is the most common figure of the OSFTM CMLL-line.

None of the CMLL figures like that are rare. Now the AAA figures are another story.
