I have sadly begun to realize that my "storage" space area that I had available here is sadly packed to the brim. This leaves me the sad realization that I will be FORCED to stop collecting due to not having enough space. Was even thinking about renting a storage unit but those are ranging up to 85 per month. Sad day.

Sell the ones that you don't like or the figures that aren't your favorites.

I have a tiny-ass display cabinet which is completely filled. Right now I'm having to keep figures MOC and stacking them up next to it until I can afford a new, bigger one.
So, the answer is to stack them into small skyscrapers.

I have a entire room stacked with MOC action figures and have loose ones displayed on the top shelf of all my dressers.

I used to have about 20 longboxes of comics, and when I filled the 20th box I realized that I couldn't keep doing the same thing. It is hard but I have my comic collection down to 6 short boxes, and anytime those are full I do a huge purge. I have to carefully sit there and ask my self with each book, "Now Daniel, are you really going to read this ever again. Yes, I know you liked it, but again, are you really going to even have the time to read it again?" It gets easier every time. I have similarly purged my Jakks collection several times.
Another thing. If you have any Mattels stored, get small boxes and make sure they are standing upright and are not packed too tight. I had my original overflow box (I don't have them all out at any one time) with the figures laying down flat. The more rows you pile on the more warped the legs of the figures at the bottom get. After about a month I swapped these figures, only to find that the bottom row had to be given a boiling water/ cold water bath.
And Jakk's TNA? Easiest paint to chip. The bottom row of deluxe Impact figures had rubs on their paint.

I also have the same problem. I am out of wall space for moc figures and my display case is packed full. I have most of my moc figures packed away until i move.
