I found the figure on the right at Target. I knew it was different from the Dolph I had at home, so I'm curious if this is figure with Dolph holding the belt over his head is hard to find or not. Thanks!

I saw the one by the waist at first, but now have been seeing the one over thea head. I am looking for a MOC one by the waist if anyone has one.
