I hoaked this out last night and forgot how good it is. If you havent seen this shoot interview make it your business to buy it. Anyway Kurt talks about his neck injuries and with all the negative stuff being spouted on the net he said that his health is fine and his neck is still strong. With that in mind do you think he will be around for a few more years or see him in MMA at some point maybe for a one off fight because he really seemed up for it on that interview.

I cant see Angle doing MMA at this point with his neck. His neck might have been better in 2008, but its bad now.

Kurt's been working full time and has been through many gruelling matches since then so I doubt MMA's a possibility.

Kurt would be demolished in MMA.
Watch that old clip where Daniel Puder, a low level fighter, grappling with Kurt in a shoot on SmackDown!. Puder locks in a kimura in seconds. The ref (Think it was Mike Chioda) saves Kurt with a fast count, saying Puder's shoulders were down.

If you watch the shoot, Angle talks about this event and why it happened, also Puder showed poor MMA skills when applying that kimura.

There was a challenge, Puder accepted, and they wrestled a little bit. In which time, Daniel secured a submission hold. Puder didn't slip it on like Joe Lauzon (excuse the accidental rhyme) but Angle didn't exactly roll out of it with grace, either. I like Kurt a lot. But realistically, he's in his forties and he's very damaged. With the type of young athletes in the sport today, I'd hate to see him get hurt. If he fought I would root for him. But I don't want to see him fight.

Kurt Angle getting the world to talk about him in the same breathe as MMA for so long is wrestlings greatest work.
