The 16 year old version of myself is extremely excited about this.
But this version of me.... not so much.

Looks like I'm not going on twitter for a while when they find out about this.

They're not broken up though... They're just not making new music right now.

Honestly I could care less about them being back together, but I'd be all for it if it led to Take This to Your Grave and From Under the Cork Tree getting repressed on vinyl haha.

Yeah, as others have mentioned, they've never officially disbanded. They're on indefinite hiatus, but truthfully, that doesn't mean much.
I knew they were on good terms, but I don't think Pete attending Patrick's wedding really means much.
With that being said, there's nothing I'd love to see more. I love Fall Out Boy and their entire discography. I know a lot of people hated the direction they took later on, but I love it all.

I never knew they were on Hiatus. I always get Fall Out Boy mixed up with My Chemical Romance

I got to see Andy Hurley a few months ago playing with Enabler. I would rather he stayed playing hardcore. Plus Joh Trohman is in With Knives now. Basically Pete and Patrick seem like the two without actual things to do.

Black Cards is terrible and Patrick actually gave up because his music was so negatively received.

I never even looked in to Black Cards, I just assumed they were terrible. And I kinda liked Patrick's solo album myself. It wasn't great -- or my type of music really -- but certainly not worth "giving up" on.

Truly, I have no favorite. I love them all. With most of my favorite bands, even if I love their entire discography, I can usually give a pretty concrete order to their records. I've never had that ability with Fall Out Boy. With that being said, I genuinely believe "What A Catch, Donnie" is the best song they've ever written. I still get chills listening to it.
