Yes guys the one who discovered e16 nash at retail first brings you the first us retail find of e17.
Yes these were found at Meijer here in Indiana, more specifically Noblesville Indiana. I give out the specific location cause it will have to do with my scalper story here ing a minute. The case was NOT a revision case, it had kelly kelly and mankind in it. I am sure you all know the case break down, but incase you dont, Cena and Sheamus are 2 per case and everyone else is 1. Revision case is supposed to be minus the kelly kelly and adding a 2nd Ryder.
Now on to the scalper story......
I was at Meijer on toy stocking night like I am every wednesday and every time there is this older guy looks to be in his 50's there as well. We talk and chat and laugh together every week when we see each other. He always claimed he wasnt a scalper and said he only collects hot wheels BUT I had never seen him buy any hot wheels. Seen him with Star Wars, Marvel stuff, DC stuff, and Mcfarlene. And all he would ever talk about is "Oh I heard this was worth X amount of money" or "I have a friend who collects (insert toy line) and he told me this was worth x amount of money". Well tonight I was there first and he came in about 10 mins later and the pallet of toys had come out exactly has he walked in the door. He goes to the stock guy in hopes that I dont see him and asks for WWE Elite figures. He was trying to check before I got there but little did he know I was already there and standing right behind him. So I said Why Hello how ya doing tonight my friend and he knew he was caught in the act. I opened the box and he dove in after Mankind and Kelly Kelly and jetted off really fast. He wouldn't even say Hi to me or look at me in the face. You could tell he was very embarrassed. Even though I was there first so I should of got first dibs, I took the higher road and just stayed polite and didnt argue or anything. Luckily as he dove in he accidentally by passed the Ryder so I was at least able to get him. He didnt even know the name of the people he grabbed, he just yelled I want the flashback and the girl and dove in over me. Keep in mind this is a guy who is in his early 50's wearing shorts (its fall), slippers and a fadora hat, oh and a grey pencil mustache haha. Like I said I wasnt going to get made and start a fight over a piece of plastic, not like its the only E17 case in the world. Needless to say I wont be talking to him anymore or watching out for certain toys for him. But I know he lurks on this board and I hope you see this my friend, If you are scalping and your 50 some years old please at least have the male parts to be honest and back it up and not be a coward. And I wont be nice to you next time and your lucky my fiancee didnt b*tch slap you cause she was way more ticked off than I was, I had to calm her down. So honestly I would be more worried about her next time than me if you run into us again!
