The promotion in question is DDT. They're essentially Japan's Chikara Pro. Not sure if it's the exact same promotion, but this is also a famous comedy Japanese wrestling clip.

I love how the same country that essentially created deathmatch wrestling can also have promotions like DDT.

it was once said that 'If you could put on a decent wrestling match with a doll, you could put it one on with Anyone' and Kota Ibushi has proven that on several occasions in DDT.
