So 2 of my roommates are going back & forth about about it. One believes its the same as drinking soda & isn't good for you. While the other is stating its just as healthy as drinking regular water.
This debate has literally taken on a life of its own in our house. So much that they are betting that the loser will be in charge of cooking our big weekly Sunday feast & be forced to miss a good chunk of football.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone here drinks it? I've spent the last 2 years trying to distance myself from regular soda as much as possible & found this as a nice replacement when I get bored with regular water (love the flavor aspect.) All of the bottles state that there are no calories, sodium, sugar, caffeine, or high fructose corn syrup.
Thoughts?

Well Carbonated water is Soda so all you're doing is giving up the sugar and flavoring put into a soda like Pepsi or so on.

Seltzer water yes i drink it and like it.All it is, is the carbonation to water. If you ever get that Soda maker you can just put water and the carbonation shot and you have it.

I tried a seagrams sparkling peach water once and it was disgusting. But I have had other flavored waters from wal-mart that were good.

I've been on a Perrier kick for like a month (yes, I'm a badass). trying to cut out all kinds of soda because of how bad it really is. and as far as I am aware, carbonated water is just as good for you as regular water. Either way, it's completely incomparable to something like pepsi in terms of ingredients and detriments to your body.

I drink La Croix. It is great and actually tastes good. Nothing in it except sparkling water and natural flavoring.
Also be careful. Just because something has no sugar doesn't mean it doesn't have some highly toxic, bio engineered sugar substitute which is much worse for you. Natural sugar in moderation is much better for you than say, aspartame

Yes, and I love it. I drink the Clear American from Wal-mart. I like all kinds of flavors. My fave is Black Cherry.
