So, I'm about to send away for the TRU COO Triple H, but I have a couple questions I'm hoping someone can help with.
First, the official website (http://repository.wwe.com/triplehpromo/) states that I must include "3 UPC labels (the entire bottom cardboard piece, but not the figure or plastic window)." That makes sense for Elites, but I have a Basic and a Battle Pack to redeem (plus an Elite), so there is no "bottom cardboard piece." How much of the backing card do I need to include for the Basic and the BP? Not the whole thing, I hope!
Second, when I removed the Battle Pack's plastic bubble, it tore off the bottom of the UPC code (the part with the numbers). Can I still redeem this, or is it invalid now?
Thanks...and sorry if this has been answered before.

I'm also wondering this. When it says "the entire bottom cardboard piece" that doesn't literally mean the entire cardboard box right?
Also, Basic figures are applicable towards this promotion, right?

This should be good enough. 2. if any part of the barcode (especially the numbers) is damaged, they will not accept it because they have no way to verify which figure it is or if it matches the receipt.

You should definitely write down the reference number on the outside of the envelope and also have a piece of paper with the reference number inside. I wasn't able to price out the barcode page and a Mattel rep said to simply write the Ref number on the envelope.

See the pic below. And basics definitely count towards the promotion as long as its Basic 13 and beyond. (no signature Series)

Cool, thanks for the info. Ya know, I think they COULD identify the figure and match it to the receipt via the assortment number (or they could scan the bar code), but somehow I doubt that they would bother. --HB Chris
