I know neither ever held belts while in WWE but both are extremely loved by the fans and looked so cool!
Tatanka got the biggest pop out of all the legends at the old school Raw event they did a couple of years ago and has one of the longest undefeated streak in WWE history. He'd be an easy sell like Ultimate Warrior, Demolition, and LOD if done with his blue/brown attire, red streaked hair, and warpaint on his face.
Boogeyman was such a fun and unique character and people just love him and he'd fly off the shelves super fast. He's possibly the coolest looking wrestler ever... and he ate worms! OMG if you could give him a heart necklace, a breakable clock, and his walking stick I'd buy at least 5 just for myself. BTW be sure to make him with the red/black/yellow facepaint. It's so much cooler than the standard red/black.

Below are pics of the attires I want. I can't find any of Tatanka wearing warpaint with this attire but he had it in several matches like the Bigelow one. Anyways this attire+warpaint
