i remember i saw two kane's at a kmart but didnt get them because i wasnt collecting at the time, now that i collect i really regret not getting at least one

found 2 elite 12 Kanes in my day (bought the 2nd one for $12.99 during a random sale at the big K).

never seen E14 Booker in stores. ever. searched endlessly for it too. eventually traded for it here on the boards.

As for E7 (the DX, Hart Dynasty set) they were clogging shelves here for some time.. but come to think of it, i never did see the 'swoggle. Did pick me up a DH smith (as i was greatly disappointed with his 2-packs 4 release) and opted not to get the Tyson.... shoulda, woulda coulda.

never had trouble finding any elites until Booker. And now, E17 is a little scarce but in my area we always get stuff last. i'm sure i'll find full, fresh cases around the time E19 hits the rest of the world.

In my experience I had no problem finding any Elites until around Series 10 hit although E6 was a little scarce. I only saw E10 Big Show once and not only was it way after these hit retial, the belts were also missing/stolen.

E11 was a little hard to come by in my area and with that I never once saw an E11 CM Punk.

I have yet to see Heath Slater or Diesel, and I think I might literally be the only person in a 50 mile radius to have seen and bought Kevin Nash.

If it weren't for a fellow member returning an online bought Big Boss Man to my local Wally I would have never seen and bought him either.

And, if it weren't for Sears, Booker T would have been out of the question.

Other than that I have had pretty decent luck at buying the figures I want via retail. If there are any holes in my collection they are my fault for not pulling any triggers on some figures. I still kick myself in the @$$ for not picking up E4 Jericho when I had the chance. He warmed pegs which is even more ironic and I saw multiples of both variants.

I've never seen Yokozuna at retail. Oddly enough, I found Kane on like 4-5 separate occasions at various Targets. I've owned 2 and sold one a while back. I'd like to go back in time and grab the E7 HHH. Thankfully, I scooped up E7 HBK when I saw him but I passed on Triple H thinking I would just get him at a later time, which never happened. I haven't seen either of Diesel or Nash at retail either.
