I placed an order early Black Friday and it hasn't even been shipped yet! It's almost 2 weeks. My order really wasn't that big, 3 DI's and the Exclusive Sting.
Anyone else have issues with their shipping? I think I dealt with this last year too. Why would it take those guys so long to ship? I doubt it's because they are really that busy
Ringside's a pretty big figure company and they get your stuff out within a day or two.

They are usually kinda slow. But I placed an order at another website recently and that seems to be taking longer than usual. This time of year I imagine a lot of places are backed up a bit.
So just relax a bit, I'm sure you'll get your figures soon. That Sting is pretty damn cool, but a little pricey. Got mine a couple weeks ago I think.

Same here I emailed them with no response and I also called with no answer. This is my first time going through tna's shop and it will be my last no questions asked. There service sucks...

They don't have people full-time to ship orders like RSC or any service like that. They're more than likely swamped with orders alongside tours and such.

Yeah TNA takes a while to get your stuff to you but if you spent 40 bucks and got the free shipping you really cant complain too much.

I ordered three figures on Cyber Monday too, still haven't shipped. Two of the figures will be in those "brown bag" deals they have, so I'm expecting some crappy figures. the other was LOTR Raven. Has anyone ordered that brown bag deal, and if so do they put any good figures in them?

Got a message back from TNA... let me know they were sorry for any inconvenience and package would be sent yesterday and asked who my favorite Impact Star was... So I guess its on its way

You know, I ordered two shirts from them last week and it only took five days for them to get here. The shipping costs is ridiculous (6 dollars, plus something like a 3 dollar service charge means nine dollars to ship two shirts), but they did get my order to me quickly. I guess it depends on what you order from them.

I've placed a few orders from them and they have yet to get them to me in a timely fashion or get my order correct. However, they are good at correcting their mistakes and will send you the stuff they forgot with no questions asked. It just takes awhile.

I ordered 7 shirts, 5 DVD's, and a DI 8 Sting on Black Friday. When I received my order, one of the shirts was incorrect and they had also sent me a series 3 Sting instead of series 8. I e-mailed them about the problem and in response was told nothing could be done unless I sent them several pictures of my order. They told me to include pictures of every item I ordered, the shipping label, the packing materials, and the invoice. I was pretty aggravated because I have ordered from them several times in the past and never complained or pulled any crap with them. It almost felt like they were accusing me of trying to scam them or something. I sent them the pictures on Monday and never got a response. Then today, I got an e-mail stating that my order had shipped and it had every item listed that I ordered on Black Friday. I have no idea what is going on. I don't know if they are sending me the correct items to fix their mistake or if they have resent my entire order again. I guess I'll find out when it shows up at my door. They also didn't tell me if I need to send back the incorrect shirt and action figure. Their prices and sales are great and it's awesome that they give you free shipping on orders over $40, but they have some completely incompetent people running TNA Shop.
