It's been quite a while since we heard anything about those 4 Flashbacks that were in the works. Everyone was claiming it would be DX. I gotta be honest, I have a short list of "most wanted Mattel Elites of all-time".. And right under Brock Lesnar, are The New Age Outlaws.. I've been dying for a proper Road Dogg Jesse James since TTL.
I was just wondering if there are any updates, if Tom or MDT can give us some insight on possibly the most anticipated Elite news in a long time.
To make turn this into a crowd participating topic.. If not DX, who else would you like the 4 Flashbacks to be?

The Flashback wave is supposed to be based off Raw's 1000th episode.
There hasn't been any actual news except for the Ringside Fest interview which stated that there can be up to 4 Flashbacks for a future wave.

Where did you hear that its based off of raws 1000th episode?
all i remember them saying is that it'll be 3-5 flashbacks, then later confirmed it as 4 flashbacks and they said when you see who it is you'll say its a no brainer
Id love it if it were Sid, Doink and LOD .... Sarge etc...

The only thing we know is that it will be 4 flashbacks.
They've said several times they won't do figures based off of RAW 1,000. Of course they've also the Heritage series was cancelled

I'm curious, if it's a themed set, as to who the two modern figures will be. If it's Raw 1000 and the Flashbacks are HHH, X-Pac, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn... Who would the modern figures be? Sandow? Michaels? Mysterio?

I can't imagine there being any Elite Flashback figures that I wouldn't buy now that I've started collecting again. 1998-99 DX is very high for me, as is 2002 Lesnar. Hell, throw Doink in there for that matter.  I would love to have Doink based off of one of my favorite PPVs from my childhood, SummerSlam 1993, where he fought Bret Hart. |

I'm sure someone said they spoke to mdt or someone who said hhh, HBK and xpac where ok'd by wwe but they where waiting on the other two.
Nao and xpac are probably top of my want list at the moment.

Lmao yeah I meant HBK and HHH but now tht I think about it Xpac makes more sence. If they do a DX 98 style series ill mark the hell out.
