I was moving some figures around, inlaws comming, and my Kofi Kingston broke. I noticed his arm was weak. I would lift it up and it would come down on it's own. I grabbed it to take a closer look at the arm and it snapped off.
WTF
This was prob the 3rd time I'd ever touched that figure and it broke. Just like my CM Punk with the yellow tights (I think it was his first fig). I was pretty disappionted and thought; wow this happened to me I cant imagine how fast it would have broken had I actually played with my figures.
So now im worried because I have a few more figures with weak/limp arms. Im worried they will break too if I try to move the arms.
I have a Gerry Brisco, a Rocky/battle damage, and a Sting all with weak arms.

where did it break, I had a similar problem. I did an arm swap and one arm was way loose, I dripped superglue in the shoulder/bicep joint and kept moving it and it helped

The torso has what looks like two tabs on either side of the arms ball joint. The Ball joint has a round circular peg that is held by those two tabs. The one tab broke and so the arm falls off. Im thinking if I wanted to fix the figure I would either have to use small tweezers to hold the tab in place as I glue it back in place all the while holding the arm in place. The problem with that is I dont have 3 arms. And I dont know how long it will take the glue to dry, so I dont know how long I'll have to hold the arm. OR im thinking I'd have to open the torso and glue the tab in place. And then I would be able to put the arm back in place as I glue the torso shut. It all sounds easy but I honestly dont see myself doing it. Kofi will end up next to my one armed CM Punk.

My heaven and hell undertakers arm broke soon as I took it out the package. Was pretty annoyed because in my 11 years of collecting, that's the first time it happened. Guess that's lucky, in a funny sort of way.

Was that the ECW Series 1 CM Punk? If so, I'm pretty sure many people had the problem of an arm falling off that figure... mine did too.
This is why I'm afraid of moving their arms lol.

Happened to me last week, I moved Nikita Koloffs arm and the break happened exactly as you mention, one of the tabs connected to the torso broke and the only way to fix it is by opening the torso. These jakks figures get fragile over time.
