I was finally able to get an AJ from Ringside collectibles. I will try to paint AJ wrestling gear. Any suggestions on which attire? I started working on my custom AJ.. Here's the preview.. Red is not an option since I ran out of red paint. I don't know when I'll order new sets of paint.

Yellow pops more, I'd go with that.

Red would have been the best but since you ran out of paint, I say green.

Yellow pops more, I'd go with that. I think that yellow shows of AJ spunky, shiny, delightful personality. I'll have to agree with this gowan on a yellow attire.

I would have chosen blue, but green is the attire I always remember when I think of her, so I had to go with that

Here's a sort of unrelated question I think you could answer: Is the yellow top on AJ painted on the lower torso or is her lower torso made of yellow plastic and the skin tone painted on?

Love the work so far! However, I would suggest using the medium kneepads on AJ and not the leg sleeves; they're totally inaccurate and you'll be pulling a mattel putting those on her.

I don't like those kneepads either. However I don't have any other ones to use. I was thinking in cutting them. That might work. However, if you've got a Toys R Us near you, or even if you look for it on ebay, you can find a Cowboy Bob orton from the legends 2-packs for pretty cheap; he has green kneepads as well (with the back half painted black, but that's easy to acetone off) so you'll be able to get both the right size and the right color in one. That being said, however, your work is simply fantastic. Can't wait to see this AJ done!
