So my BB curve 9300 that I've had for a while is having a problem with the scroller/trackpad button, I don't know if water got into it or what but does anyone know how much it would cost to have it repaired?

Take it back to the shop and say its law you are covered for 6 years with all electrical goods. Give us a day or 2 and ill find the paperwork for you to "prove this"

I work in Phones 4 U and the tracker pad is a common problem with the blackberrys, i'm guessing you've had it longer than a year.
If you bought it from a phone shop if you take it in and they might send it away to be repaired but if its water damaged they will not touch it at the repair centre's, so you might just be better off buying a new phone.

Weird thing is, it works a lot better when I use it wearing gloves or scrolling with say, the cloth of my t-shirt.
But without any sort of cloth, it struggles to scroll up or down(initially it wasn't scrolling at all).
