I recently purchased this item among others and included was this Undertaker with a blank card on the back. Here are pictures Has anyone ever seen this before?

I remember hearing about this! A few early waves of the TTL series had no back card, just a mis print
But because its a more known mis-print it could be worth more then your average mis-print. I think i remember seeing a Mankind and Rock in the same format go for around $20 which is a lot for a MOC non real scan TTL.

For Christmas in 1999 / 2000 I got a four pack of TTL S1 figures, all with blank backs. I found out they were sold that way at Sam's Club. I'm not sure if that's where this came from, but I had a Taker, Mankind, Xpac and HHH or Road Dogg (I think).

it amazes me just how horrendously awful the heads/scans on those first few waves of TTL figures were.

yeah the first TTL were awful, i was so upset when JAKKS changed to these at first

They were in a special pack, and all the cards were blank on the back. Not a bootleg, not a misprint, just a value figure.
