Hey everyone, just asking for some advice on what Wii U games I should get.
I got the Wii U deluxe for Christmas, as you know this comes with Nintendo Land. While the game is actually pretty fun I tend to play games along and almost half of the mini games are meant for 2 or more players. I have some money for 2 - 3 Wii U games but not sure what game to get. Here are the ones I am not interested in and I could want
New Super Mario Bros U - Seems really fun AND got very good reviews. I have always liked Mario but with this new gen console I'm afraid I wont have a lot of fun with it unless I have a friend with me, which I prefer playing games along.
Zombie U - At first this was a game I really wanted as I'm a fan of games like Resident Evil, Dead Island, and Dead Rising. Then when reviews came out I was kinda dissapointed. It just seemed like an endless game where you use a paddle to kill Walkers. I'm not sure about this game can any one inform me? This was one I was curious about
Skribblenauts Unlimited - I was curious about this game as well. Seemed fun but I don't really understand it. Is it a fighting game or a puzzle game?
Assassins Creed 3 - Though I bet this game is awesome I haven't beaten Assassins Creed 2 yet so I have to play catch up before this.
Call of Duty Black Ops 2 - Got this for PS3, thought it sucked and don't want it for my new console.
Thank you for help whoever and sorry this was long, maybe some one can suggest a game of interest. Appreciate any and all help and Happy new year.

Nintendo Land - A surprisingly fun party game with addictive mini-games.
New Super Mario Bros. U - Single player is as fun as multiplayer. It's challenging, replayable, and full of surprises.
ZombiU - A highly underrated game. It's frightening (especially in the dark) and forces you to think and strategize due to the scarcity of health and weapons. It's one of the best gaming experiences I've had in years because it really sucks you in.
Batman: Arkham City - Armored Edition - In my opinion, the definitive version of the action game. The enhanced version includes all the downloadable content of the previous versions and includes exclusive content such as B.A.T. Mode.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed - An awesome racer. The first to really give Mario Kart a run for its money, if you ask me. It has numerous characters, dynamic courses, a good weapon system, a challenging career mode, classic grand prix, endless amount of unlockables, and local and online multiplayer, among many other things. The transforming vehicles are great too because they give you three ways to play.
Those are the five games I currently own but there are many more that I already plan on purchasing.

Scribblenauts is a puzzle game to answer that question. You have to draw things that will help you do certain tasks. Sometimes, random ideas will do the trick. Sometimes, you need something very specific. I wasn't such a big fan, but someone more patience than I might be able to do the trick.

I've been a bit critical of the NSMB games - they're all good, but there's something too "throwbacky" about them. I'm mentioning this because I LOVE NSMBU. It's far more creative than the others, and it looks better in HD (which includes more interesting visuals in the backgrounds and animation). I've played multiplayer with my cousins on Christmas, but otherwise it's been a solo experience for me. The game is really fun either way. The Miiverse integration is fun too, and it helps give you the feeling that you're apart of a community of people getting through the game. Downsides would be the lackluster music and the "hand holding" the series is known for. If you ignore the extra help, it's surprisingly challenging at times. It's also loaded with secrets and hidden exists that are actually hidden well.
I definitely recommend it to anyone who has a Wii U. Especially if you liked Super Mario World, since this game takes its cues from that one.
Still in the early stages of Assassin's Creed III. Other people's reviews suggest it's as good as the other consoles but suffers from a few too many glitches. That's just the general vibe I've gotten from the reviews thus far.
Skip Wheel of Fortune. It's a $15 game wrapped up in a $50 package.
Other than that, I've only played Nintendoland, which you already have. Fantastic multiplayer "game night" kind of game. I have 4 friends I hang with now and again, so the extra 5th player component is absolutely perfect for us. If anyone was wary of Nintendoland, as long as you have some people to play with, definitely check it out.

I was going to get a Wii U, but I'm waiting until they release some games. The only one that appeals to me is the Mario Bros one. But the 3DS one was only released a few months ago so why buy a console just to play a game that's nearly the exact same as one I just got!

When I get my WiiU, I'll be getting NSMBU and ZombiU for sure. I've never been one to let online reviews dictate what games I buy. And besides, I know a few people that have played ZombiU and they've all said it was a fun game to play, and deserves better than what reviews online gave it.

I'm loving New Super Mario Bros U! In my mind it is by far the best of the New Super Mario Bros games, and it seems to be harder than the other NSMB games. The challenge mode in NSMBU is also a fun new mode they put in, and they have done a good job with the Koopa Kid battles in this game (not made it to Bowser yet so I don't know how that battle is). To me this game is a great single player game.
Skribblenauts Unlimited is a puzzle game that won't work for everyone. I enjoy this game a lot, but I can see how some might not get into it. For example of what this game is- An old man wants his house to look nice, you create a bucket of paint and throw it at the house to solve that puzzle. The real fun is creating stuff, I turned the castle stage into Bowser's castle (full of Koopas, trapped Mario, trapped Luigi, Trapped Yoshi, Trapped DK in cage, Boos, and all kinds of stuff. I turned my main character into Hulk Hogan and I tend to have him fly around on Charizard's back a lot.
I'm wanting the Batman game (I never played it on the Xbox or PS3).
WOF is terrible on the Wii U so avoid it.
I enjoyed Epic Mickey 1 so I'm enjoying Epic Mickey 2 on the Wii U (I play it with a 4 year old a lot so that adds to the fun of that game for me).

I was originally going to say I'm holding off buying it until it has a wider variety in it's library, but now that I'm thinking about it I feel like I may not have time., at least not for now.
But I'm very interested in NSMB (only played the wii version (great party game),
ZombiU and Lego City have completely reversed in my view. when I first saw the teasers I was loving Lego City, and not too interested in ZombiU. But then after seeing the trailers for both ZombiU is high on my game wants (on any platform not just Wii U), and Lego City is lower on my excitement meter.
