Even though I grew up during the availability of WWF Hasbro figures, it fell during the time I started middle school. I was getting to be a teenager, and toy collecting (and playing with) wasn't necessarily considered "cool" anymore. Sure, I got a couple here and there, but my figure collecting took a halt after the LJN era. My priority was to be social with my friends and I was just discovering my interest in girls. That all said, whenever I'd go into a store, and walk past the toy section, I'd see the Hasbros. Specifically, one in particular. It was his first WWF action figure, and technically it came out after he left the company. I would've grabbed it up if my teenage pride wasn't in the way. I considered it a piece of my childhood lost. The figure became rare to find MOC, especially before the internet and eBay. Finally, in 2013, I found an MOC version of this figure on Amazon, and I used part of my Christmas gift-card to snap it up. It arrived to me in near-perfect condition, just as if I'd plucked it off a store peg in 1993. It's not Dusty Rhodes, but my all time favorite wrestler. You wanna compare the two? Fine. Let's compare Dusty Rhodes... To RIC FLAIR!

Well done. Love this figure. I think the photo on the card is perfect for this.

A great story zigzag. That's why I collect them MOC - for all those great childhood memories.

Awesome man. The heck with what's considered rarest sometimes just getting the favorite figures from your youth is the best way to go

Great choice, great figure. I'm happy you got one. Finally tracking down that toy that got away as a kid is an awesome feeling. I still haven't gotten Hasbro 'Taker #2.
I can't believe that I never noticed that card says "Flare Snare!"
