Just a topic for a slow, lazy Sunday......
But how do you guys organize your collections? Do you display them by era? Or do you put all your baics together, elites together, DM's together, etc? Or are your legends and/or flashbacks together? Some guys, esp MOC collectors, display them by series.
I display (loose) them by eras right now. Classic, attitude, pg era. So basics are with elites and so forth. I even have some Jakks, that are decent scale, of guys Mattel hasn't made yet mixed in.

I try to keep older basics together, white package basic and battle packs together. Most Punks together. One elite wall is random, the other is sorted into Punk, Zigger, Miz, Legends, 2013 Basics and The Corre. Any multiples of guys I don't care for are on a shelf together.

I really just have it random but, I have one wall of classic Jakks together and one wall of elites together.
That's all.

Basics with basics where the top shelf has one of each wrestler and the next two shelves are repaints and fixups.
Elites & Divas are together. Top shelf being the main collection and bottom shelf being repaints.
Legends & DM together. I try to split them between eras & companies. And if possible try not to put two of the same wrestler on the same shelf. If I have to have two of the same wrestler on the shelf I put them on opposite sides.
Entrance Greats and Heritage figures together on another shelf with the Rumblers.

I try to split mine faces/heels. One night this past week I tore apart my whole display simply because WWE has flipped so many people lately. I also decided I wanted to display as much of my loose roster as possible (active, injured, released, etc.).
On a second shelf I have current champions (minus Cesaro) in front of the Backstage Curtain, Dolph & AJ with the Blue MITB Case, and Cole & Lawler with the Announce Table. I also have both GMs and Miz with them too, Miz because I could really find anywhere to work him in, plus he does do commentary so it works for me.
I can post pics in this thread if anyone wants to see.

I just separate elites from basics. If there's one thing that I can't stand, its displaying or posing an elite with a basic. Its like mixing peanut butter with ketchup, yuck....

I have a basics wall, 2-pack wall, legends wall and an elite corner. Recently though i bought 2 GIANT rubbermaid containers and had to put away about 80 of my figures. Since I a MOC collecter I had to make room for 2013 figures...I kept the elite flashbacks up, all of the legends up and I now only display B16 (my favorite series so far), B24 and B25 on my basics wall...
