I really want a new articulation on the Elites! I don't know why but I think that a double jointed elbow would be awesome! Sometimes I try to do moves like like a belly to belly, a bear hug, STF etc , the arms won't go all the way, and I can't lock it in. It would also be great for poses too! It would be great for Mattel to add this in there!

Double elbows won't help with those moves, shoulder hinges (like the ones on the Jakks UFC figures) is what we really need. However, that would require extensive re-tooling, so, I'm fine with them not adding it in, this far into the line.

If they ever did that to the Elite line then I would not buy another Elite figure ever again.

Yeah but that is going to be unrealistic . Get your figure , bend his arm back furthest possible , do it with your own arm . Unrealistic!
