Sometimes I have to siphon through quite a bit of rubbish to find something worth my time to watch, so I thought this would be an informative thread to start. It's quite simple, if you have Netflix instant stream, recommend something that you've found to be worth watching.
I'll start with a few entries.
Television Arrested Development Breaking Bad Mad Men Sons of Anarchy
Film The Grey Ip Man The Man From Nowhere Memento Mulholland Dr. Tucker & Dale vs. Evil

Todd and the Book of Pure Evil as far as TV Shows goes was actually enjoyable.
A Mile In His Shoes was a good baseball movie. Nothing out of this world extraordinary, but a nice feel good film.

I'm all about watching TV series all the way through via Netflix. I definitely get my money worth doing that. I'd recommend the following shows:
Jericho (best show ever made) Prison Break Heroes Breaking Bad Supernatural
Those are ones I've done all the way through.
I'd also throw a special shout out to: Dinosaurs all 90's cartoons Flash Forward and all the Wrestling docs

I've been hopping from UK netflix to Canadian and US ones lately so I don't remember exactly which one this film was on but I absolutely loved "mysterious Skin". The beginning is a little off-putting since it involves homosexuals and paedophilia but it has a great story. Oh and a good classic film everybody should watch (if they haven't already) is Midnight Cowboy. It starts off slow but it's one of those films that has a really powerful pay off.
Honourable mentions: The Art of getting By Redline Sex Drive The Girl Who Leapt Through Time A bunch of popular movies that everybody already knows about
As for TV, needless to say Breaking Bad is really awesome and as I'm a fan of animation I'de highly recommend stuff like Afro Samurai and Samurai Champloo.

TV Rescue Me Breaking Bad American Horror Story Dexter The Walking Dead Mad Men Twin Peaks Firefly Trailer Park Boys (What a treat to watch this again!) Lost Prison Break Quantum Leap
Films The Perfect Host Bernie
To be honest with you, I haven't been watching a lot of movies on Netflix. Moreso for the TV shows.
For those who are interested in viewing FlashForward, it's only available til February 15th.

I just downloaded Crackle on my PS3 and watched couple episodes of Chosen, pretty cool.
Netflix doesn't have a lot of stuff I haven't seen recently, not that it's bad. The Two Escobars documentary is amazing.
