Source: The Wrestling Observer Vince McMahon's hip problems are said to be legitimate. WWE had Brock Lesnar F5 McMahon at the end of RAW and then ran with the storyline that the chairman suffered a broken pelvis. The storyline was so that Vince could be written off of TV and get the surgery that he needs. The change also allows Triple H to return as McMahon's replacement, which can then kickstart his renewed feud with Brock Lesnar leading into WrestleMania 29.

^^^ Vince does have legit hip issues. Brock didn't really break his pelvis when he F-5'd him. It was done as a way to write him off tv so he can get surgery and so Triple H can step in and defend his father-in law setting up HHH/Lesnar at Mania

Sucks vince needs surgery but for his age he still looks good. Yawn about HHH/Lesnar though

Kind of weird to write off someone who isn't prominently featured on the show to begin with.
